Great family dinner, with a yummy hamburger, the best onion rings, and fried chicken strips and french fries for my child. I also had a good glass of Merlot. The bar has a nice atmosphere, the service is a bit slow, but what I didn't really like was to touch the dirty, sticky kids' menu while reading it to my son (clean it, please!)...
A very quaint place. The bar seating is comfortable and plentiful. I recommend the Fire Cracker Shrimp as an appetizer. They are not too spicy and there is a lot. The food prices are reasonable.
A brewery tap house with a relaxing patio, serving a variety of delicious food truck foods.
Three Rings Brewery is a very enjoyable brewery in the farm country of small town McPherson, KS. They have lovely and well-furnished outdoor patio seating to enjoy sipping beer (with food from outside). Indoor space appeared to be limited when I visited. They have a nice selection of beers offered in various sizes including taster size. Their flight caddy has space for five tasters, but I got four tasters (their tasters are individually prices). All great beers, with the Vertigo IPA being the best. I also got a squealer filled to take home after sampling three more of their strong beers. The locally owned brewery has nice story. Three Rings Brewery is certainly a brewery to stop by, enjoy some beers on the premises and to get some beers to take home.

This little sports bar and grill is practically adjacent to the Fairfield, so it makes a great choice for anyone staying there. It offered dozens of beers on tap, including regional favorites from Free State and Boulevard. Service was friendly, and the bar food was pretty standard bar food - not bad at all but nothing exceptional. I was happy I ate there and would be happy to return.Thank you for being our guest at The Fieldhouse Sports Grill & Taps! I am happy to hear you enjoyed the beers on Tap. Thank you for taking the time to review our Sports Grill~Your staff at The Fieldhouse Sports Grill & Taps

I believe this restaurant is fairly new.
As we were traveling home, we decided to eat lunch at the McPherson, KS., Applebee's. We ate there on a previous trip and enjoyed our meal. It's a pleasant atmosphere with friendly folks, and we were able to accommodate our Keto diet requirements with an awesome meal. The price was great as well.

My wife and I ordered dessert in the drive thru last night at Freddy's in McPherson. The staff was friendly and we received our food quickly. I had the Hawaiian Specialty Sundae and my wife had a concrete. Both were very good. We'll be back. Tom, we thank you for your recent visit to Freddy's, and appreciate your feedback! We are thrilled to hear you enjoyed your visit and look forward to serving you the Freddy's Way again soon!

They give you a LOT of meat on a sandwich with a choice of toast or bun and they have a great selection of commercial sauces. Their veggie bar has several varieties of pickles and peppers. Those are the pluses. Now for the negatives. The pulled pork is pretty bland and somewhat dry so you'll need that variety of sauces. On all the pork we got there was no evident smoke ring and not a strong smoke flavor to it. A quibble but...the pork was chopped and not pulled and yes, I know I'm being picky. There is an upcharge for beef products, if they are Black Angus, which was why we didn't get brisket. The final negative is that the price is too high for the quality of the product. This may not be true for the beef. Service was prompt if not exactly friendly and there is very little of that great BBQ smell in the place. If you can smell the Q from a block away you know you are getting great BBQ.

We were in McPherson to see the local museum and eat. For lunch we chose Main Street Deli and shared the sandwich and soup special. I also had a piece of rhubarb pie for myself. After eating, my wife was taken by the wonderful looking cookie brought to the next table just after it left the oven. My wife asked a server about it and asked for one for herself. What she received had been out of the oven quite awhile and was not at all warm. That was a huge disappointment and put a damper on our otherwise tasty meal.

Cool little restaurant. Sit up bar in front of grill. Service was great. I had lunch and breakfast in one. A BLT and a pancake. The pancake was huge and delicious. Two people could even share the pancake. The menu had a great variety. Everything was good.
