What a great place. Visiting from Australia and a drive in like this is a real novelty for us. We loved everything about it - great original interiors and fun ordering from the table telephone. Excellent food - well cooked and came fast. We had fried chicken dinners - salty and delicious - and a great hamburger. So glad places like this still exist.

After looking for another option in McCook we decided to try Loop Brewery. The food, beer and service were excellent. We had a large pizza half Hawaiian and half rueben. Delicious pizza we will definately be back!

We stopped in based on other TripAdvisor reviews, and left satisfied. My wife enjoyed their baked potato with sliced brisket, and I went with the sliced brisket sandwich along with a side salad. Generous portions of brisket, especially on the sandwich. The side salad was huge. Great taste and a nice smoked brisket. We would come back here if in town.

I joined a friend for dinner at the Coppermill Steakhouse in McCook and as usual, it was fantastic! We were here on a Wednesday; arrived early and the place filled up quickly! Our filets were prepared to our satisfaction! Dana S., our server took very good care of us! Thanks, Dana S.!

I had read about the cookie jar collection, and being a collector myself, I really wanted to see this. I had looked at the menu online and saw that they had at least some offerings to satisfy our gluten-free traveling partner, so I really pushed to eat here. The cookie jars didn't disappoint and I spent quite a bit of time looking at them. Very fun! I ordered the hot roast beef sandwich, and sadly, it was a bit disappointing. Our gluten-free friend ordered the liver & onions and said it was really good. However, she said the iced tea tasted like instant tea...not good at all. I would consider eating here again, but I wouldn't order the hot roast beef sandwich. I also ordered a piece of pie to go and it was also somewhat disappointing.
