Wait staff are knowledgeable of menu items. I've eaten in and have called in take-out orders, both experiences I have nothing to complain about. Can't wait for warmer weather to be able to sit outside on patio. Love this place.

Visited for lunch with friend. Open at 11am but was deserted at 11:45am. That changed quickly. Looked forward to their seasonal butternut squash soup and it is delicious. Not cream based just puréed squash and flavor. It's almost chunky. I enjoyed the variety. Creamy is good also but fresh puréed was nice. We also ordered John's salad to share. Owner came out to apologize that the fresh greens were not to his liking and suggested a different mix. Appreciated the notice and offer to change. Bread is freshly baked in house and warm. Enough for 2 so no waste. Only comment was the salad dressing; it was gel like. Considering the good fare, I expected better. Minor concern that can easily be addressed. Very good healthy lunch.
9am weekday. No wait. Server was kind & courteous. Food took a while but was good, no complaints (Spinach crepes, eggs, bacon, hash browns, peach pecan pancakes). Always love IHOPs carafe of coffee on the tables. Facility is older & could use some updating, however no excuse for a dirty bathrooms. Mens room reeked of urine with a wet floor. It was so appalling that my husband told me not to chance the bathrooms. Hadn't been there in a while & don't think we'll be going back.
Subway is still the best place for a sub sandwich. Sometimes I just want an old school sub sandwich and when I do I come to subway. This location is near the highway so on my drive home or to work I stop in for a good old sub sandwich.

Now I know oysters taste like whatever they are dipped in. I don't know what the fuss is about. (12 for $15 with a nice presentation). My meal was very good. Lake Superior whitefish, grilled with garlic glaze. $22 for enough to bring home half. It came with crusty zucchini sticks which were delicious, though I should not have eaten the breading. Couldn't help myself. The servers were very attentive and accurate. The place was sparcely populated on a Thursday evening, so it was quite enough to convere. My husband was not as impressed with his swordfish ($29), saying "fish in Florida" is better. He didn't leave a bite, however, and loved the smashed potatoes.

After the Chicken Caprese sandwich we shared a amazing Coconut Cream Pie slice. My favorite sandwich followed by a homemade dessert was heaven.Their best server waited on us! She is so thoughtful. Refilling my tea cup was very nice indeed; totally unexpected. Not expecting such thoughtfulness was a real comfort.

Good stuff - basically your standard Panera. Friendly staff, clean, and tasty food. A little bit off the highway, in a strip mall.

The Hidden Manna cafe is family owned and operated. We feature Creole & American comfort foods. We only serve the freshest fare at reasonable prices. Stop by and check out our imported coffees and teas.
The place is located in a historic looking house. The setup is not over crowded. The staff is so polite and helpful. They expalin menu and asked if we liked mild or spicy dishes. The menu has a nice variety. A couple of us had the shrimp and grits. A very generous portion. I had to take home half. One person had the short ribs which they loved. The dessert carmel cake a slice was huge. The chicken and waffles what can I say. YUMMY!!!
