Not better or worse than any other subway. it's inside a gas station with Domino's and dunkin donuts. The only negative is that they don't do breakfast at this location. I guess they have a deal with there rival dunkin next to them as dunkin serves breakfast sandwiches. But subways breakfast items are 100% better than anything dunkin has. That's to bad. I like dunkin, just not the breakfast menu. Other than that, the service is fast @ the subway. The other grip is there is no soup offerings @ this location ether.

Massena needs a steak house. This one could do a little better to be a spectacular steak house. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service just right. When it comes to the food, I don't like salads or dressings served in plastic individual disposable containers. For the price, you should get something a little more classy. The calamari was good. My girlfriend liked her fish fry. I had the Cajun prime rib that was over cooked and very dry. I do believe I will return for another go at it. This is a place that seems to have an identity crisis. Located in the Quality Inn (originally Flanders Inn), the restaurant has at least five separate seating areas including large and smaller banquet rooms and a terrace. We sat on the terrace on a pleasant summer noon, even though the 'scenery' is just traffic and a gas station. The lunch menu is extensive with a variety of burger, sandwich, panini and salad choices, emphasis on fried, all in the nine dollar range. I got the special, a roast beef and cheddar on kaiser. The beef was good, the bun soggy, and the 'cheddar' was a processed (canned) glop. My wife got the roasted veggie sandwich. It was very good, if a bit greasy. The cole slaw that came with both sandwiches was bland to a fault. Cabbage and mayo do not a decent slaw make; put a bit of vinegar or sweet or sharp mustard or, best, all three!

Family owned and operated since 1949. Third generation restauranteurs
I recently went to this restaurant with a group of friends for dinner. I thought we were eating in the main dining room where there is a large round table. I have found that in a large group a round table is necessary to confabulate. Rectangular tables isolate much of the group. I was disappointed when we did not get the large table. Our reservation was for seven and it was after seven thirty before we were seated. I noticed one of the workers had tattoos up and down her arms.I have a strong aversion to tattoos. So here I am in a restaurant at a table I dislike feeling uncomfortable about eating here. So what do I do? All the time I am thinking where is the hospitality? It is a shame the food is good, but the service horrible.

Dined here yesterday afternoon and was extremely impressed by the friendly staff, generous portions and overall cleanliness of the diner. The stuffed French Toast was very tasty with homestyle ham and cheese and the potatoes were delicious with a hint of garlic. Definitely worth a visit while you are in Massena.

Went here to watch the Sens v Rangers, game 1 round 2. The place was busy but service was quick. Good choices for beer. Would go back to try other things on the menu., Enjoyed the Canadian-American hockey environment, made me feel at home :)

several friends have recommended this restaurant so my wife and I went here for her birthday; as first time diners here we ordered three dishes to share with each other; our starter dish was a thumbs-up dish of bacon-wrapped scallops- we were served four large scallops which were perfectly cooked and presented; next we shared a portabella sandwich with fries which we agreed was also very good; we then ended with a good chicken-parm on pasta so we were thumbs up on 3for3 dishes which makes for a good endorsement; our server (Kayla) was very good and the timing of our meal was just as we had asked for.

Had a nice breakfast here. The place was packed with locals, which is a good sign. Very nice servers, comfortable booths, and they even came around with fresh baked cookies for all the patrons. Will come back again.

We had an early morning breakfast here before catching a flight out of the Massena Airport. The young man who greeted us, serviced us, and prepared our breakfast was great. Our request for "crispy bacon" was done perfectly. While we didn't have any of the pies (not usually for breakfast), the list was so tempting. Give them a try!

Went for a quick lunch today between errands with a friend. I never get hot-sandwhich anything, bc I canât stand soggy bread. So glad I did! Hot turkey sandwhich was the best; real roasted turkey, gravy, no soggy bread, and just stuffed full of turkey. Homemade fries were the best I have had in awhile! Clean, excellent friendly service!
