If you like overcooked and/or veggies heated from a can, oversalted food, instant potatoes, basic cafe cooking, this is the place for you. I live in this town and I'd rather go just about any eating establishment than this one. But many folks seem to like it fine.
We pride ourselves on providing good food, made fresh daily in a clean atmosphere. We serve it up cafeteria-style, so you can get exactly what you want. We cook with quality ingredients, but we keep it simple, just like home.
Mimâs is in the middle of nowhere, but once you get there, you will be glad you did. The place is spotless, the food is delicious, and Mim and her adorable grandson (who does a great job busing tables and is appreciative of tips) are friendly and welcoming. Itâs like youâve gone to her house for dinner. There are three entrees each night with many sides. Check the chalkboard on the right when you walk in. It will cost about $40-50 per couple, but you are paying for more than just food. It is the comfortable, clean and adorably decorated atmosphere and friendly service. We loved it so much we went two weeks in a row. She is only open Thursday-Saturday night for dinner and Sunday for lunch. That just makes it extra special. Be sure to get the brownie cheesecake if she has it. You wonât be sorry.
My boyfriend and I thought it would be a quick dinner for us. When will pulled in one of the lady's that work at subway was outside on her break with her hand down some guys pants to her elbow. That same girl went back inside and stared handling food with out washing her hands Untill I asked her to wash her hands. Then they didn't have any of the food we wanted. So we ended up going to the snowshoe subway which was alot nicer

We stopped here while visiting the area. The first thing you notice when entering is a peculiar smell. The food was average. I wanted the hot turkey sandwich but they they were out of turkey so I opted for the ham dinner. The hot roll they brought me was wonderful. The ham was very good. The mashed potatoes with gravy were definitely not homemade and were not good. My corn was ice cold. My daughter had the hamburger and onion rings. My grandson had chicken tenders. They were the minced chicken cheap brand and were not very tasty. Pumpkin Pie was advertised as homemade but it did not appear or taste like it. This isn't a place I'd visit again.
Rayettas has a very limited menu - a different daily special offered every day, then also nachos and hotdogs, baked goods, ice cream, drinks and chips. Get it to go or dine in. Everything is cooked/baked fresh. A great value for the quality and quantity of food received. Any you are in and out of their quick because it is counter service. Only downfall I see is you are out of luck if you don't care for the daily special being offered.

Wonderful place on the water with excellent food and very reasonably priced. Savannah was very pleasant and efficient. She was wonderful and had fabulous service. Inside and outside seating. Along the river and you can purchase corn to feed the ducks. Food was excellent: breakfast omelets came with shredded hash browns, thick toast and huge slice of tomato. This was a fabulous place where the service excellent, food excellent and great views of the water.

We stayed 2 nights in Almost Heaven - the third floor room at this lovely Inn. Everything we wanted or needed was right there - it was clean, comfortable, just delightful! The two breakfasts we enjoyed were amazing - fresh fruit, delicious eggs, pancakes, blueberry sauce! We were attending a wedding nearby so did not get to stay for dinner but hope to be back for another relaxing weekend!Thank you so much! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope you will be able to come back soon.
