Staying at the Sherwood Inn again, we remembered seeing it on a previous trip and decided to drop in to this relatively new (3 years) restaurant/taproom. Parking looks like it could be a problem and we were lucky to get one the 4 parking spots out front on a snowy evening. Once inside we were told there were 8 spots around by the back entrance and that during the winter you car probably wouldn't be bothered across the street in the Topps shopping center. It is the only place of it's kind in that section of town and sits back about a 1/4 mile or so from the main restaurant/bar area on Genesee Street. Inside there is a small dining area and an attractive light wood bar with 62 beers on tap, mostly from New York state. There is even a small dining area with tables and sofas on an upper area that looks down over the main floor. The menu is small but varied and we both liked the Boston small sandwich, a turkey sandwich on a baguette with cranberry mayo and 2 sides. The Waldorf salad and the baked beans were very good and the tap pretzels turned out to be just small pretzels with a dip. The Shepherds Blueberry pilsner and Fleur De Lis Wit were both very good. That evening there was a representative from the Fleur De Lis brewery and we sampled their heritage Pumpkin Ale which was very good. Very good service and we look forward to a return trip the next time we are in town.

The Krebs is a historic restaurant founded in 1899 by Fred and Cora Krebs. The restaurant has been a popular landmark in Skaneateles for over 100 years serving past presidents, dignitaries and celebrities. Four years ago, the restaurant was purchased by A
The restaurant is very charming. The food is really good. Everyone was satisfied with their cocktails and food. There is a very nice selections of wine. Shrimp cocktail was delicious as was the beets with ricotta cheese. Pork chop dinner with fingerling potatoes and asparagus was cooked perfectly. We also shared the garlic mashed. We decided to order the hickory smoked shredded beef with pappardelle just to try and see if we liked it. The sauce was so overpowering with smoke that none of us good eat it. The also used square pasta. Overall the dining experience was great and we would return

Definitely a nicer pub however the service is not up to par. Unfortunately, unless you're a regular, don't expect a warm welcome. If we do go, its to grab a roast beef sandwich on Mondays (buy 1, get 1). Their horseradish sauce is good but spicy!

We liked the seafood options, especially the scallops in the corn chowder and in the scallop and goat cheese salad. The swordfish tacos were pretty good, too. The bread is really great and goes beautifully with the chowders. The portions were good and the service was fine. It did feel a bit dingy inside, but I'm sure if you are eating outside on a nice night, it's a really good view and experience.

The Inn Between Restaurant was opened in May 1972. Before that time the Munro Home, as it was originally known, had changed hands at least five times when it was taken over by the present owners. This site was the manor house of the Munro family whose anc
Great special occasion restaurant. Our anniversary. Salad was amazing. Heard a customer raving about the lobster bisque so we tried it. Wow! Great taste and loads of lobster. My wifes stuffed shrimp were fantastic. Stuffed with crab. My Chilean seabass was great with lots of veggies and a lobster claw atop. Creme brulee was very good but.....would have looked the top warmed under a broiler or torch. Like the warm/cold affect. One if Syracuses very best restaurants. Thank you so much for taking the time to review your evening with us. And, Happy Anniversary! We are so glad you enjoyed your dinner. We appreciate all of your kind compliments! So glad you tried the Lobster Bisque and enjoyed it! And for the next time you visit, we would be happy to warm up the Creme Brûlée for you! We try to meet every guest's request! Hope to see you again soon.

There were fourteen of us, celebrating the return of two young women from overseas studies, a reunion of families and longtime friends. The chef had prepared a number of special requests for us, and all of them were sampled, along with many of the regular menu items. As is typical on Friday evenings, the eating rooms and bar were filled with happy diners. Our table had been set up in advance, with nice linen, quality cutlery, and dishes. We shared a number of unique appetizers to begin, including arancini (fried rice balls in marinara sauce), spicy grilled shrimp, and bacon wrapped dates, accompanied by the evening's special rosé sangria and several bottles of good red wine. Entrees, served with garden salads, ranged from the parmesan crusted fish, an enormous fisherman's platter, and tuna steak with pineapple salsa, to the traditional turkey pot pie and meat loaf plates, as well as pasta specials, including artichoke ravioli with basil pesto. Desserts of the evening were ice cream sandwiches made with home baked ginger snaps, an amaretto peach cobbler with hand made whipped cream, and piña colada piecakein. The charge per person, including tax and generous tip (our waitress provided truly outstanding service) came to a bit over $40, a bargain anywhere. The menu changes a bit every week, but mixes in with standard fare. Everything is prepared in house from farm fresh ingredients of the highest quality. We will be returning again soon.

Drove 15 miles from home for a romantic breakfast. And was it worth it.Huge Cinnamon Roll pancake, too big to finish! Big sausage and cheese omelet with home fries; enough to write home about. and sourdough toast. WOW. Kristy, our waitress, treated us like family. Will definitely visit again. You should too!

We were traveling thru the area, and used the "Near Me Now" on the Trip Advisor App to find this delightful restaurant. It's very quaint, and upscale. Unfortunately, we only had time for a quick lunch, and they were able to accommodate us.Hubby had a Reuben, and I had a salad and French Onion Soup. Everything was delicious. We will be back to enjoy a relaxing dinner!!

Cannot say enough good about this fantastic restaurant. The service, staff and food were great! Not only was the food excellent but the single portions are very generous and prices are very reasonable. If you are in the Camillus/Syracuse area and want an exceptional meal for breakfast try "Finally Ours" I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We did not have lunch there but I suspect it's the same amazing food and experience.
