I made my reservation months in advance for my birthday. We got there early and were hustled across the street into a moldy musty unused room with the ceiling falling down! My heart sank. We did our best to enjoy our evening which was to have been the highlight of our week end, but I felt unhappy and uneasy. Our server ran back and forth across the street . Nobody was happy with their meal. This is in direct contrast to our last visit there which was 5 stars for all of us. I will never return. We do apologize for assuming you would be happy across the street, as many party's previously have. My issue with your unhappiness is, why wait to complain days after the fact ? If it is a problem now, why was it apparently not an issue during the event when we had the opportunity to make things right ? Instead you make untrue comments that is hurtful to a small business and have no bearing on the issue besides putting false information on social media. I cannot as the chef, take this to be anything more than fictions hit job when it is brought to light days after the fact. Your words would certainly have been heard, and action would have been taken into consideration had they been verbalized at the time of service, instead you seem content with creating unhappiness, leaving us with no options, which is grossly unfair. I vehemently deny ALL your accusations as untrue. Please reconsider your approach in the future.

Iâve driven past this restaurant probably 100 times while traveling to and from favorite coastal destinations. We finally stopped for a meal, and now Iâm wondering what Iâve missed all these years. The tater tots were crispy and cooked to golden perfection. You think this would be easily achieved, but iâve tried many a tater tot and these were by far the very best ever. Crunchy and crisp without being greasy, and a little drift of steam from the cooked potato when you break one open. The burger was good, but the beef patty seemed a bit small for the bun. Side salad came with fresh sliced mushrooms (a bonus!) and the Cobb salad was declared very good by my dining companion. There was not a shred of iceberg lettuce anywhere, all greens on our plates appeared to be either romaine or leaf lettuce. It took a while for them to take our orders, and while there were a few tables occupied, the place wasnât exactly hoppinâ busy. All the staff were younger, 20-somethingâs and seemed a bit slackish. They spent quite a bit of their time chatting amongst themselves. That being said, our server was attentive enough from a distance, and immediately brought both our entrees as soon as I finished my dinner salad. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant was mostly clean (there were a couple of sticky spots, though) and had a homey atmosphere.

Jimmy served up a awesome dog on great bread with all the fixings from a Chicago style relish to great kraut. Served in a comfortable courtyard accompanied by outdoor musicians. Fun and tasty.

We decided to try a number of things. The prawn, mango, avocado salad. The calamari. The clam chowder and risotto. The tiramisu. The only thing that fell short was the dessert. As a connoisseur of tiramisu, I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, along with a lovely bottle of wine, everything was excellent.

My parents and I stopped here for breakfast while camping nearby. The cafe is newly remodeled, decorated very nicely, and very clean. It is a popular cafe, so be prepared to wait- but itâs worth it. The food was delicious! We had read the reviews about the food and it did not disappoint. We had eggs benedict, biscuits and gravy, and an omelet. Before we left, we stocked up on cookies, bars, and scones for the rest of our trip- very yummy!

We enjoyed our dinner very much. The hamburger and fries (especially the fries) were fine, and the grilled cod salad was very good. Although I normally dislike most salad dressings, the cilantro lime dressing was excellent, with just a touch of heat, and the cod was perfectly prepared. They also have a good variety of beers.

The food here is quite simple, but everything was executed to perfection. We showed up at lunch rush-hour, so it took a while to get seated, but they made sure to offer us drinks while we were waiting and the service in general was very good. Good cocktails. Excellent visit overall.

The Big Wave Café is a casual theme dock and farm to table restaurant open daily for lunch and dinner.
We ordered a ruben sandwich, crab cakes, chicken sandwich and fish n' chips; total bill was $73. Very reasonable in my opinion and the food and service was very good! We would recommend this stop for any meal! They were very busy and the owner was out greeting guests and checking on the food and service; we were very impressed!

A small, upscale whiskey bar in the quaint town of Manzanita on the Oregon coast. We feature boards and bowls (charcuterie board, smoked salmon board, bowls of lobster bisque, etc), and great desserts, but we're best known for having more than 150 brown l
My wife and I stopped in while staying in Manzanita one night. Sat outside by the firepit with soft blankets provided by MacGregor's and sipped a scotch flight from Scotland! Had some great charcuterie as well and a very nice visit from the owner who really knows his stuff.

Stopped here for an early dinner. Weather was nice so we sat outside. I had the cuban sandwich which was pretty good. Nice view from the outside deck. Service was inconsistent ... greeted quickly but went downhill from there. Inside appeared pretty dark without much if any atmosphere. We get to Rockaway quite often; not sure we'd return. They do have Happy Hour ... but only available in the lounge -- couldn't even see the menu to see if we were interested in it.
