Toca ir por partes con este restaurante:El concepto de poder armar la comida es interesante cuando se trata de opciones donde se pueda tener creatividad, pero tratándose de una hamburguesa tiene poco sentido en mi humilde opinión: es una comida viejisima de comienzos de siglo por lo que es poco lo que pueda cambiarse hoy en dÃa, en El clásico las opciones se limitan "sin lechuga, con lechuga, sin tomate, con tomate, sin queso con queso..." como en cualquier otra hamburgueserÃa.La carne es buena, se nota que la preparan "en casa" lo que le da sentido al costo, no obstante (y este es un defecto de toooodas las hamburgueserÃas de Manizales) es que se cree que la carne debe quedar medio cruda para que "conserve sus jugos", nada más equivocado! la carne molida y la de cerdo son las únicas carnes que en culinaria no tienen término y la hamburguesa tiene de las dos. Por eso, desafortunadamente si no aclaras que te la den "bien cocida", te llegan con una hamburguesa con carne todavÃa roja... todo un problema sanitario.Las papas no tienen su mejor destino aquÃ, son delgadas, carentes de crocancia (es decir, no se le presta atención a la temperatura en que se cocinan: clave) y si se piden en una de las opciones "especiales", peor todavÃa, pues los acompañantes rebosan grasa lo que complica la cosa.No es mi sitio preferido, no obstante si te queda cerca y los otros lugares están copados puede ser una opción.Es costoso.

Went there for Sunday lunch. The Sancocho was delicious. Good alternative to Don Juaco for typical food in El Cable area. The service was also very good.

In my opinion the irish pub is one of its kind in Manizales, the music its great, the service is good and their producs are good with a lot of variety, if you want to go share with friends and to finish your day in a cool way, this is the place you should go. Si estás buscando un sitio para relajarte, despues de un largo dÃa de caminata, o de recorridos por la ciudad, este es un buen sitio para ir, la música es buena, los productos son variados y el ambiente en general está genial.

We were a group of 20. Manizales is a beautiful town with great people. This place is the worst representation of manizales and itâs people. You cannot get worse service anywhere. Late and waiters with attitude. Food is flat out bad; and is pricey for manizales.
