Madison Kitchen is the perfect place to meet after work for a seasonally inspired cocktail, a craft beer, or a glass of wine, while enjoying an assortment of small plates, baked cheeses of the day, a charcuterie board or pasta
We visited the restaurant quite late in the evening after a long day and were glad to get a table outside. There was a decent choice of tapas and service was friendly and prompt. Prices of the tapas dishes were reasonable though the cocktails seemed to be a bit pricey

the salads are a big size so you can share. I've had their clams which were great, their mac and cheese was good and good wings. however my last time there my boyfriend was slightly disappointed by one of their burgers but it wasn't "gross" or impossible to eat. would definitely come back as it's a local favorite.

This could of been the first time that I ate here, even though I've lived in Westchester County some 35 years now. That being said, I doubt that I will eat here again! Had dinner here with the wife on a Saturday night. I ordered the turkey triple decker, and my wife ordered a "protein salad with grilled chicken" I also ordered a cup of New England Clam Chowder. My wife specified NO onions on her salad and when it came, it had like half a red onion on top! The soup was not thick at all, and had very few clams in it. My sandwich was okay, except in the menu, it said that it came with pickle and coleslaw and a choice of french fries or potato salad. I told the waiter no fries only the potato salad instead. When it came out there was only the potato salad. I asked the waiter about the coleslaw, and he told me that it didn't come with it, but he brought it out to me like he was doing me a favor! Also my wife took home the rest of her salad that she didn't finish and asked for the leftover dressing. When the waiter brought it out, there was a very little cup of dressing, not what she didn't use to begin with. I had to ask the waiter for the rest, and he said that what he brought was it! He did bring out another container of dressing. Also my wife said that the grilled chicken was tough also. I guess this place might be a hit or miss. I gave it a poor rating for the service because of the waiter's attitude.

Quick review: incredible range of beers on tap and bottles. Full bar-oriented menu with some good dishes. Friendly, professional service. This was my first time at this place, which my sister had been to before (I'm visiting family for the holidays.) We were interested in a lighter dinner at the bar. The place was pretty packed - only a few seats available at the bar in an otherwise large place.Good wines by the glass for a generous pour (my sister treated - I forget exact prices.) There was also a very good crabcake sandwich, marred only by the fact that it was served only lukewarm.Hard-working, friendly professional staff working at the bar. The place was on the loud side - big and cavernous without a lot of sound-dampening. I've been to worse, but the noise was a noticeable factor in conversation. So - it's a place I might try again when next in the area, but there are other good plcaes in the area that serve what is supposed to be a hot sandwich at a hot temperature.

CHAT 19 AMERICAN GRILL 19 Chatsworth Avenue LARCHMONT, NY(Just in-off Boson Post Road (the Post Road) (and just-in from the Post Office) and not too far from White Plains, and nearby New Rochelle and Mamaroneck. What a nicely-ambianceâd, pleasant, high-end, ($$$) Fine Dining Eatery that we were introduced-to by our friends in order to treat our dinner-palate. The only reason it did not get a five star was because of the repeated/ ongoing language barrier with the wonderful ârecurringlyâ- apologetic Order Takers. Though they kept âswapping offâ, each-in-turn, trying to understand our uncomplicated, normal, from-the-menu-order, each new Order Taker kept mis-understanding each of our non-complicated, routine, menu orders. However, they tried, it was very hard for them to understand any of us with each of our menu-selection orders correctly. Each time, it just did not happen. They had to send the food back a few times until the Order Taker finally got the routine orders exactly as we requested and not as they misperceived. They were all quite apologetic. THEREFORE, should this be your first visit here as it was with us, be prepared and aware so this does not happen to you. Putting that aside, the huge âBlack and White jumbo Framed Historic Photos of Vintage âBlack & Whiteâ Era Luminaries (Movie Actors & Actresses; Sports figures, etc.) that graced the walls throughout the Eatery, were all quite lively conversational items with our friends and us, each novel'd over each grand picture as we ate our delectable cuisine choices of mouth-watering delights. Many diners actually got up and walked around marveling at each Giant Picture and dabbled as to what this or that âStarâ was doing, saying, thinking, when their photograph was taken, back in that Elegant Era. Oh, and the wide array food menu cuisine choices and tastes ... along with each mangiest presentation were all each just wow. Each of the food presentations, set before each of us were exquisitely presented. What an enjoyably displayed showpiece exhibit treat right up to desert, each in their own right. Oh, what an additional gratuitous entertainment treat as each dish came in more delightful than the previous one. gratuitous extra entertainment. WE had such a great time when we dined here. We are sure to put this on our list of DEFINITELY RETURN TO ENJOY. WoW!

Vintage 1891 Kitchen is a creative New American Restaurant and Lounge in Larchmont Village, Westchester NY. Relax and renew in our beautifully renovated space and enjoy an exciting seasonal menu.
First I want to start off by saying that the service was excellent from beginning to end. We were impressed by the wine list (they offered some very nice wines by the glass which is uncommon). We also enjoyed the food very much. 10/10 would come back

We had an enjoyable dinner. They offer a large menu- entrees, salads, sandwiches, soups, burgers, pasta dishes , pizzas, breakfast all day, drinks and desserts. We had a big lunch so decided to have a lighter dinner. We both had omelettes - came with potatoes and toast. The omelettes were good and generous in size. In addition we had good service.

Just had a great lunch at AJâs. Read about the place on TripAdvisor and it was every bit as delicious, friendly and fun as suggested. AJ spent time chatting about his homemade yummy food, sent over some things he just thought we should taste, and even chatted about bbq sauce with my husband, who has become an amateur rib chef this summer.Burgers were delish. Pulled pork, too. Perfectly cooked rabe. Excellent coleslaw. And spicy pickled veggies just yummy. Not one to take no for a dessert answer, AJ sent small ( thank goodness) bowls of Giffords orange sherbets and vanilla ice cream over causing us to recall the Creamsicles of our youth.Tomorrow: pizza at AJâs!

High energy vibe dining with unparalleled decor. This Italian influenced, American modern cuisine is sure to stimulate your senses. Chef Samuel Kim brings his culinary mastery from farm to table, serving everything homemade. Open Dinner, Sunday Brunch & L
My wife, daughter and I had Motherâs Day dinner at Gigante Restaurant & Bar yesterday evening and it was absolutely wonderful. -Service: From the very beginning with the valet parking to the very end when picked up our coats from the hostess the service was superb.-Decor/Ambiance: The place is filled with nice vibes. I would describe the décor as a casual approach to âmodern nouveau eleganceâ (if there is such a description). A wide variety of spacious seating arrangements face onto a really striking bar, and there is a really neat private dining area to the rear. Really cool artwork is displayed throughout the restaurant and private dining areas. Unfortunately the weather was really bad so we could not take advantage of the outdoor seating with the beautiful fire pits that complement the indoor seating.-Food: In a word⦠Scrumptious! The restaurant is categorized as an âItalianâ eatery. While there were quite a few Italian dishes on the menu (I must give a shot out to the Mozzarella en Carrozzaâ¦unique and outrageously good!), there was also a nice selection of other types of selections including a couple of really great Asian Fusion type dishes (I had the Rock Shrimp Tempura as an appetizer and the Beef Tenderloin Kung Pao as an entrée (the sauce for the shrimp tempura was amazing and the stir fried vegetables in the beef tenderloin absolutely succulent). My wife is still ranting about the flavor and texture of the Beef Short Ribs.Near the end our dinner the maître de came over and chatted with us about our dining experience. When we raved about the quality of the food the maître de asked us if we would like to meet Chef Samuel Kim. This turned out to be one of the highlights of the evening. At a new establishment like Gigante I would have expected these guys to give us the stereotypic marketing speil about how great the place is. Instead, both gentlemen were extremely genuine and cordial, and it was obvious that they both are extremely passionate about their professions. For my family, their passion (and that of all of the staff at Gigante) was manifest in a truly wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back. This is a must for those in search of a great dining experience.
