After waiting approximately 20 minutes for our order of chicken tenders, they were finally delivered to our table. Not only were the fries stone cold, the chicken tenders were at best room temperature. There was virtually no one in the restaurant. Now we know why!

We decided to have lunch in Louisa and the place we intended to dine at was closed. After walking down Main Street, we came upon this place. Seems to be a bar/pool hall that serves food, so we thought we would try it. The service was reasonable and the food average. If you are hungry and not looking for much in "style" this place fits the bill. Otherwise, I would look for something else.

My wife and I recently stopped at Floozies on Main Street in Louisa, VA. The restaurant is small and would be difficult to find a table during their busy season. They are associated with Obrigado's Restaurant next door. I am guessing that Floozies serves breakfast and lunch foods, while Obrigado's handles the dinner fare.My wife ordered Floozies hamburger, which came with fries. I ordered their Chicken Pot Pie. The portion size was small compared to what you would find at other restaurants. My wife's burger was very good. My pot pie had a nice crust and was served in a small crock pot. The filling was of a soupier consistency than what I am used to. There was plenty of chicken and potatoes. There could have been more vegetables, though. The pot pie came with a salad or fruit, and I opted for the latter. We naturally had to try their pies. My wife ordered the "Pucker up and Kiss Me!" pie, a lemon pie with crust, which is made from thinly sliced lemons and baked in a sugar mix. The pie was very good with a pleasant texture. I had a cherry pie, which was also very good. The crust of the pies was typical of what you would find on turnovers. Our waitress was very friendly and efficient. We would recommend Floozies if just for the pies!I would rate this a mid-price range restaurant, because of the portion size.

Apparently it was during a special restaurant month in the Charlottesville area, where restaurants offered limited choices but some of their best fare. We made reservations here and the restaurant and settings didn't disappoint. The food was very tasty, the servers were attentive but not hovering and the entire evening was a delight.

A Mediterranean restaurant with a Southern twist. Delicious scratch-made meals and superb and friendly service.
If you're on I-95 in Virginia, take a detour to Louisa, VA for a really terrific meal. Mediterranean cuisine, well cooked and well presented. I hd curried mussels for an appitizer, nice curry flavor, but no heat -- if that's a problem for you. Main course was a lamb and eggplant ragu which was wonderful. My companion had the falafel platter which looked terrific, and disappeared quickly! Their homemade bread is great and the unsweet iced tea was better than the restaurant average. The desserts - which we had no room for! -- included a ginger gelato that souned terrific.Go -- you won't be disappointed
