So last year I signed up for their rewards program, this year I had received a coupon for free pancakes, one for a one year anniversary, and one for my birthday. The waitress was friendly, the pancake were hot and delicious.

Pricey. Called to make reservation. None available but person was rude. Used Open Table app and got a reservation. Once there we understood. Maybe they were short handed. Went to bar to wait for our table. Owners daughter helping the bar tender ( that was overwhelmed by customers) stepped into help although we were in no hurry. She made their special spicy margarita for us with 3/4 soda water. That was strange - the actual bar tender fixed it with the real drinks. Food was good. No bread available which was also strange. Give it a try.

Glenâs is your typical vintage American diner. A few of our favorites include the best youâve ever had, corn beef hash by itself or their classic concoction, the Idaho. Iâll leave it to your imagination . We also love their monkeys-banana pancakes-blueberries too. The space is not that small but thereâs always a line outside on the weekends. Well worthy of your visit.

The Infinity Diner is a good Long Island diner. My husband and I were in the mood for some greasy thick burgers and fries. The Infinity Diner served them up for us!

The owners bought an old brick building and restored it into a quaint eatery. The tabletops are old restored doors, and some tables are from made from sewing machine stands-so cute! But hereâs the best part: this is a ânot for profitâ establishment. They cover their expenses and whatever funds are remaining are donated to a cause that you choose when you finish your meal (two are posted to choose from). The menu is small, but the food is good and the staff is friendly! Pictured is my lunch choice: crab cake sliders on pretzel rolls and a nice cold, crisp salad. Very good!

Called before we went with a party of forty after a funeral. We were seated within minutes of arriving. The service was wonderful. They took our drink orders first and then our food orders. The food came out all together and no one had to wait. It all looked very delicious and everyone said it was. The portions were huge and a lot of people asked for boxes. The staff kept on checking to see if we needed anything. The manager also came over to make sure everything was going well. We have eaten here before for breakfast. The menu is very diverse something for everyone.

We used to frequent this diner when we lived on the Island 1996-2002 and we make sure to visit each summer and each winter when we visit family. The menu is classic Greek diner. All meal periods are equally terrific! How they remember us is amazing. My favoriteaspect is the fact that they are so friendly. Opa!

We tried some takeout from here on recommendation. Nothing bad, but wasn't particularly great either. Decent burger, BBQ chicken was pretty good. I'll definitely give them another chance though. Service when I picked up was friendly and pleasant.

I ordered pork chops and asked the waiter to have them cooked medium rare. They came out well done. Because of time I ate them. When we paid the owner asked how our dinner was and I compained about the pork chops. He said he went to cooking school & that was how they were supposed to be cooked. I said that in other diners I ask for medium rare & they come out that way. He said they are cooking them wrong and said next time don't order them. I said maybe I would order them at a different diner. He said "good Idea". Nice guy. Good bye Lindenhurst Diner. This is from the internet.""Pork is a very lean meat and dries out very easily if it is cooked too long. There used to be an old husbands tale that pork had to be cooked till well done as it had some sort of worm or something. This is no longer true (if it ever was) and you can now cook pork until it is medium or medium rare. ""and " Use an instant read or a prob thermometer and cook pork to 145 degrees Farenheit, remove from the cooking element (oven, stove top), tent with foil and let rest 3 minutes. '
