We went to the lounge to enjoy an light meal and live music. The room itself was warm and comfortable. The food (and drink!) was delicious. It was great listening to the pianist/singer in an inimate setting. After looking at the Inn, we were sorry we were not staying thereThank you so much for dropping by! We created the lounge so Lenox would have a cosy and sophisticated venue for music lovers, and are glad you discovered us. We hope to see again in the near future.

Our server, Liz, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The restaurant is in a rennovated house. Decorated in florals. Clean. My wife had the jalepeno and sausage breakfast sandwich which she described as outstanding. I had a more traditional bacon and eggs breakfast. Bacon was VERY thin and crispy but there was plenty of it. The eggs (poached medium, please) came poached soft. I requested grilled tomato slices as a substitute for the homefries which they gladly did....but they came stone cold from the fridge rather than grilled. In the end, though, it was still an enjoyable breakfast with good coffee.

Joe’s Diner is an original diner. The famous Norman Rockwell photo of the Policeman and the child sitting on the stools at the counter was inspired by Joe’s Diner. We were going to have dinner here on Monday but they are closed. We returned for breakfast on Tuesday and we luckily found a table for 4. Very small and crowded but service and food were great. You can order portions large or small. We all had coffee and some eggs, pancakes, bacon, ham. Corned beef hash, French toast too!Is very tight quarters but everyone was friendly and it was a fun place to visit. We will go back if we are in the area again.

Salmon Run Fish House

The place has no atmosphere. Formica topped tables and vinyl booths. Don't know why the entrees are so in lower to mid $20's. My husband ordered the the hamburger with "The Works" and really liked it. I tried the daily special maple glazed salmon served with corn chowder and squash stew. The salmon was very overdone--in fact, it was black on one side. I mentioned it to the waitress and she didn't seem worried about the appearance. Someone else came to look and said it was just the maple glaze that was burnt but offered to send it back. I declined since I did not want to wait another 15 minutes. The corn chowder/squash stew tasted like it was canned corn chowder with chunks of butternut squash added. Unimpressive. The manager came to take our plates away and saw how burn the salmon really was and she took it off the bill. That was nice but I still hadn't had much dinner. Guess God is seeing to it that I not get too much to eat.

Parking seems to be on-street only, unless you use one of the public parking lots nearby, but we had little trouble finding a spot on a Thursday evening. The interior was brightly-lit, but smelled strongly of fish which was off-putting and detracted from our initial impression. There was a bar and television on the main dining area, though I would not call the place a "pub," per se. The area we were sitting was cozy enough.I ordered a Black Angus hamburger, and it was one of the best burgers I've ever eaten, quite honestly. Juicy, tender, flavorful, and well-prepared with mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. The french fries were also exquisite. Crisp on the outside, and tender on the inside. Perfectly seasoned as well.My wife had the salmon cake appetizer special, which was a perfect entree-sized portion for her. It consisted of three small salmon cakes dressed with an aoili sauce. They needed a little more flavor inside, but they had a nice hard sear on the exterior. It was served with a small salad consisting of baby greens, capers, and tiny tomatoes. The dressing was tasty but not overpowering. Overall, both dinners were enjoyable. The server was pleasant and welcoming. We would definitely return.

Our service in two visits was the same, Joyce. She knew her business with GF; she told us celiac is treated like an allergy. Two weeks ago we had delicious chicken (subbed for beef) sandwiches with a clear dressed coleslaw that was not overly sweet. This time I had a brisket sandwich which was nice and lean with nicely caramelized onions and roasted peppers. My husband had a great bacon burger. It was all really delicious and I appreciated Joyce’s care with our GF needs.
