Famous Dave's is a family BBQ restaurant and catering service specializing in legendary ribs and more in Laurel, MD.
This restaurant is my go to place when I have a party or family get together and I donât want to cook. The All-American Feast is my go to...Ribs, Chicken, Corn bread, bbq baked beans.... or you can get single servings, including combination platters, salads, and burgers.

My husband and I with our son & partner went here for dinner. It wasn't that busy but our waitress seemed to be quite frazzled (they maybe should've had more help). My husband & I had the lobster chowder, it wasn't very good. But the bacon, cheddar burger that I had was delicious.

We went for breakfast...the omelette was large and stuffed with meats, mushrooms, onions and cheese. The tri vector â¦.Belgium waffle (nice and airy), two sausage links and two eggs any style. They have many healthy choices for breakfast. The waitress was super nice. The prices are average. Great location in a large strip mall with lots of parking. They are only open for breakfast, brunch and lunch.

I ordered the First Mate combo with fried shrimp and crab balls. My sides were french fries and corn nuggets. The shrimp were large, but very tough! The crab balls were soggy! The corn nuggets and fries were good. For $25, this was definitely not worth it! Perhaps this is why the place was empty the entire time that I was there!Sorry, but from now on when I want good seafood in the Laurel area, I will go to Emmert's Seafood, Mid-Atlantic Seafood or EJ's Provision!

Connecting seafood lovers to the Chesapeake Bay's fresh-off-the-boat culinary culture, EJ's Provision Co. takes up where EJ's Landing left off, reintroducing the beloved recipes and genuinely friendly service that made it a regional favorite. Today, we're
This was our first visit to EJ's. We loved the food, the presentation and the general feel of the dining room. Disappointments were the bleed-over noise from the TVs in the bar and the fact that the menu is a bit pricey. These disappointments aren't severe enough to keep us away in the future, but we probably won't go back as often as we might otherwise.

I love Klobys...especially their smoked brisket chili...but sometimes (maybe 25%) the quality seems to be erratic. Once had some chili that tasted entirely of leftover baked beans and today the brisket sandwich was burnt rock hard around the edges. Bottom line, great food but watch out for days they are re-cooking leftovers and dont be afraid to send it back if there is a problem.

We experienced a pleasant lunch at BJâs. Our server was friendly and attentive. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip for our starter. Very tasty and the chips were warm. The menu boasted a deep dish Chicago style pizza âwith a California twistâ. It was fine but just need to mention that this Chicagoan was surprised to find the cheese on the top rather than the bottom and not as much tomato sauce. That must be the California part. We also ordered the âenlightened spicy peanut chicken with soba noodles. It was excellent!Good atmosphere and clean restrooms. I plan to return and check out more of the menu offerings (and maybe try another brew from their extensive list).

I reviewed Olive on Main over 3 years ago and thought an update would be in order. It is still a great restaurant in all respects. Food is consistently good, the staff is always pleasant and quick. The staff has very little turnover which almost always means good management and good working conditions. They have a great selection of wines and liquors and a very good happy hour. Nadal the owner is there fairly often and always has a good word to say. I can see them as the number 1 restaurant in Laurel someday.

Not able to have everyone together for Easter today was our âWeek after Easter family extravaganza â!!Beef brisket was melt in your mouth and the pulled pork BBQ pig perfection. Where do we begin to express our sincere gratitude to each and every one at Mission Barbeque for their continuing support of the military? We were honored to stop in for a late lunch in Laurel yesterday. We were warmly welcomed by Juan, the general manager. We both ordered the moist brisket sandwich which they were offering to celebrate Armed Forces Week. The sandwich was so delicious. Missy stopped by our table to see if there was anything else we needed. We sincerely appreciated the personal touch! We were so impressed with The POW/MIA Remembrance Table. We hope everyone will take a moment to stop and read the card and understand the significance of each item on the table, and to offer a prayer for our POWâs and MIAâs. You touched our hearts and souls! Thank you so much. Thanks for your review!
