Predominantly fresh seafood, with other comfort food options. Fresh Lemonades hand squeezed daily. Great New England Clam Chowder. All desserts made in house. All made fresh from scratch.
I have driven by this restaurant for a couple of years, without giving it a second thought because of the location. Was finally persuaded to try by friends. Interior ambiance is homey and welcoming, belying its outside appearance. Crusty bread and seasoned butter were served immediately. The menu, which probably changes weekly based on the seafood market, was varied with entrees, sandwiches, and price points. (âNo substitutions,â the menu warns, so be sure you like all the components on the plate.). Our table started with clam chowder, Brie and fruit spread (big enough for the whole table of four) and buffalo cauliflower (also big enough for the whole table). Mains were fish and chips, tuna poke bowl (leftovers for the next dayâyum!) and baked loin of cod. All food was luscious and wonderful! Portions were generous, prices very reasonable for the quality of food. BYOB. Work past any misgivings about the curbside appearance and GO.

Went for the early bird dinner. There is a large selection of menu items to choose from. I went for the pot roast. The beef was not as tender as pot roast should be. You definitely could not cut it with your fork. For dessert you had a choice of rice pudding or jello. I opted for the rice pudding, which was good.

This is my kind of place to eat at. The owner greets you and describes all his dishes. I wanted everything so I got a Captains deluxe #2 with some New England chowder. The chowder looked great but had NO clam TASTE ! Oh well . I would have liked everything broiled but it only comes fried and was over cooked. The shrimp and scallops were good , the flounder just OK. The clam strips tasted like frozen HoJo's. Gregory claimed his crab cakes were mostly lump crab meat. Well they are NOT US crab meat and have a lot of filler......taste like a frozen Sysco ( a food service provider ) patty. Some people may like the Sysco patty but growing up on the Chesapeake I do know lump MD crab and these are not. The staff were great ! I would go here again but try non fried dishes !
I have enjoyed Circle Landmark Restaurant for over 15 years. Last night four of us enjoyed the Earlybird menu which includes soup or salad, entree, dessert, and drinks, for a total of 18.41, per person, not including the tip. The dinners are delicious. The women both had liver(ugh). They loved it. The men had scrod and flounder. My flounder was delicate and delicious. The wait staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well cared for. The owner, Jerry, always come around and greets you. This place also caters loads of weddings. But their restaurant is one of the best kept secrets in the area. Try it. You will come back for more.

Once you've been to an Applebee's you've been to them all. The only thing that changes is the wait staff. They are pretty friendly, not overly...but just friendly, at least one doesn't have to chase after them.Don't get the specials, they seem to use food stuffs that do not sell too much and they place them on the specials. Our experience, food tasted old, way too salty to hide the age of the meat (chicken). Typical sports bar, not a date or date night for couples, not unless you enjoy loudness.

Really good pizza and special prices during happy hour. Happy hour all day on Sunday and 2pm through 7pm weekdays. Daily specials Monday through Friday. Food is fresh and reasonable. Gets really crowded during the night with live music. Would recommend for a beer and pizza anytime. Daniele and Trinity behind the bar are friendly, fast and helpful. Will keep going back.

First time here. Convent with plenty of parking. Place is clean, bright and quiet.I started with cream of mushroom soup, served hot and tasty, not fantastic but good. Ordered liver and onions with mashed potatoes and green beans. I think potatoes are instant but the beans are fresh and perfectly cooked still crunchy Liver was good but cooked beyond requested medium, very big portion. Server was ok but not very attentive.Typical NJ diner decent selection served promptly. I ordered tapioca, not included.Had to hunt for pudding. Diners normally in and out in less than an hour been here 1:15. Finally found tapioca, was ok but room temp not cold, all fluff LO on taste, not worth the wait. Hi there! Thank you for your constructive criticism, my husband and I are new owners at this diner and would love you to give us a try again! We purchased the place after your review. All Best-!

Food, service, atmosphere! Loved it all. Our breakfasts were ginormous sized and delicious! I loved all the old favorites listed in the menu (that I donât eat anymore) like âchipped beef and pork rollâ. It was an adventure just to read the menu. Only precaution is the floors are slippery when it rains so walk carefully. My husband almost slipped hard.

My wife and I went there for lunch. We had the turkey club wrap and the Tuscan grilled chicken sandwiches. They were served with fries and coleslaw. The coleslaw serving was very small, about two fork fulls. The prices were reasonable. Although the coleslaw serving was minuscule, the sandwiches large.

The breakfast menu is extensive. The portions are very good. You can get hash browns with or without onions which is great. They charge more for poached eggs, so I usuallyorder eggs over easy. My children enjoy the food too. The service is good and staff efficient.Iâve also gone for dinner and enjoyed it too. Wish their hours were longer though.
