This used to be one of favorite places...not anymore. Waitress acted like she should couldn't wait to get rid of us. Rushing us through dinner, bringing entrees out when we were working on salads and brought cheese and crackers with the entrees. Ribs were tough. Then disappeared when we were ready to pay.

Restaurants with a view often disappoint when the food arrives. Oakfire is an exception. The pizza we had for lunch was fresh and delicious. The server was attentive, pleasant, and prompt. The hostess was happy to accommodate our request for an upstairs table (recommended for the best view of the lake). Thank you!

Baker house is a cool place to check out for the history. At Sunset they bring everyone outside for a toast and give a brief history lesson of how the Baker House came about. Interesting cocktail that are fun. The food is ok but nothing to rave about but still worth a visit.

The Geneva Chophouse is a 5 star, fine dining, outstanding restaurant inside the beautiful picturesque Grand Geneva resort and spa. Consistent excellence, wonderful presentation, best filet mignon ever, fresh salads, yummy flourless chocolate cake. Was in town for a visit and carried out a pizza. First hint that it was going to be good was the place was packed at 530 on a Monday. Second reason is the employees were very nice. Third reason was; the sauce was tasty, cheese top notch and sausage was very good. Highly recommend.

Went on TA reviews recommendation. Were seated promptly by friendly staff. Quite noisy. Server was very businesslike, helpful and speedy. Portions were very large and could easily share. Food was warm, but not hot. Food was tasty but heavy. Many menu choices. Overall still good.

Small and limited seating but excellent service.You can see Chef Gregory live cooking dinners on the TV above the bar.We had excellent beet salad. Then entree of pasta primavera and grilled scallops with mashed potatoes and cooked spinach/ romaine lettuce.Not inexpensive but sometimes you " get what you pay for"!!!My only criticism is that you can eat at the bar and this denigrates the fine cuisine.The bar clientele tend to be loud and raucous.

Homey, friendly, great service! What a pleasant breakfast. Nice, unique selections. Food was served fast and very well presented. Shared crepes which were delicious, and they split for us without asking. Very well presented. Server was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will return.
