This was my third visit to Town and Gown. I have ordered the salmon dinner in the past (cooked perfectly), but this time got the medallions of beef tenderloin. It was melt-in-your-mouth and so good. My new favorite thing there. I was a little sad they no longer make their vegetable hash side, but we ordered a vegetarian dinner to share as sort of an appetizer, and that was very nice. Highly recommend.

Visited after an afternoon at the waterpark. Kids were starving, we all loved the individual pizzas. Adults also had the Arnis Jr salad OMG huge and the best salad I have eaten in ages. Fresh lettuce, cubed meat, radishes, croutons and lots of cheese.

I treated a friend to lunch at RedSeven Kitchen and Cocktail. We both ordered the apple walnut salad which was delicious. The blue cheese and grilled chicken gave the salad a unique taste. We opted for the house Chardonnay dressing which was lovely. Great lunch with fantastic service!

This restaurant has an interesting take on food. All of the dishes that our party ordered were very good. The blackened salmon was very well prepared.

We were a group of friends that had a wonderful brunch at this local restaurant in Lafayette. Brunch options were excellent. I particularly loved the Better bacon offered. Everyone enjoyed their choices, that included the biscuit and gravy. Service was friendly and attentive (thanks, Emily).

The 1st Drive-In in Indiana! Serving delicious burgers & the best root beer! Breakfast all-day! Featured on The Food Network "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives!"
Boilermaker or not, the Triple XXX should be on every foodies bucket list. The burgers are a tasty throwback to when burgers tasted like burgers and not soybeans. The "fanciest" (or weirdest) it gets is the peanut butter topped Duane Purvis All American burger. And root beer...If you LOVE real cream, natural deep flavored root beer, the Triple XXX offering is excellent. If for no other reason, you have never been to a college town, after the party at 2:00 am, I got the munchies eating establishment, Triple XXX is worth the trip. It's fun, nostalgic and you ought to visit it at least once.

We thought we would have Mountain jacks for dinner, such a wonderful famous place for table side salads and steaks~ wrong! Salad has too much iceberg lettuce, very little Romain. Had to pick out the parts of iceberg that most restaurants pitch. Strip steak prepared twice and both very tough, could barely cut it with steak knife let alone chew it. Had great flavour if you like chewing tough goatmeat. Coconut shrimp over cooked almost dark brown. Waitress explained it was to make sure tempura batter cooked. LMBO too bad I'm a former cook and know better. We just pealed away over fried breading and ate shrimp. Manager took steak off bill. We paid for the poorly shrimp meal. Waitress extremely nice and manager professional.

Took our visiting California family to East End Grill for lunch. They were thrilled that Lafayette finally had something comparable to what they are used to in Silicon Valley. The truffle fries were a big hit and the salads were outstanding. We plan on taking all our out of town guests here!
