I stopped in during lunch for a quick bite to eat. The food and service was good. The staff seemed to be new and could not recommend allny in particular....however the hot sub I ordered was great.

This new cafe in Kuna Idaho is located where the old "Firehouse" used to be in downtown. Wonderful selection of breakfast items with large portions and prices to go with it. The food was very good but way too much of it. I thought the prices were higher than they should be, and suggest cutting down the portion sizes so that prices are affordable. Four adults and two kids was $90.00.

The Firehouse was recommended by a local so we stopped in for lunch. It is a red building that was likely a fire station, thus the name. It was bustling and many customers greeted by their first names. The décor was urban and casual and very clean. The wait staff is so friendly, cute gals, and "real". I can tell that is who they are when off the job. The food is mostly burgers, sandwiches, and pizza. There was only salad so not a good recommendation for someone counting carb intake. I was tempted by the fries and not disappointed! The fries are hand cut and delicious! The hamburger was hand formed, hearty, and juicy. The breads tasted and looked fresh baked yet I was told they were brought in. The prices were great, 6-8$ per plate and there is a kids menu too. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend a visit for anyone in or passing through Kuna Idaho.

I was hoping for a great quality and flavorful ribeye; I was served a fairly tough piece of meat. I will offer credit to a nice smokey, salty flavor. The waitress seemed new, not very knowledgeable, particularly regarding drinks. And if background noise bothers you, this is not the place for you during busy times ... very noisy. I donât need to go back.
