Seniors receive 20% off entrees on Tuesdays here. Hubby and I love their chicken tenders and bourbon chicken. Their mini sweets (sweet potatoes) are incredibly delicious. The portions are very generous, and the service is usually superb. The menu is large and varied, and I believe they have recently begun opening for breakfast through the week. We usually receive top-notch service and food here; therefore, we have become regulars.

Was super busy but well worth it. Even being so busy they sat us within under 20 minutes. Food was amazing a little pricey but for the overall experience worth it. One negative review was the coffee had an odd taste to it. Easy fix next time I'll get water instead. Yummy!! Highly recommend!

If you are following a weight loss program you will find many good choices on the Cracker Barrel menu. We were greeted, seated, and attended to quickly. We ordered grilled chicken and vegetable sides. They were hot and quickly served. The bathrooms were good but not spectacularly maintained.

I have never had a bad experience at Texas Road House, and this visit was excellent as well. We arrived around 5:30pm and we were told that it would be about a 20 minute wait, they actually seated us after about 5 minutes. Service was very good. Food is always good, I think they have the best steaks for a chain restaurant.

Stopped for dinner and drinks passing through town and it took a little too long to get service. Once we did, good cider on tap. Nice patio. Broccoli was fresh, bangers and mash were average. Otherwise, we did not enjoy the food. McDoogal Balls were not good, but the cheese sauce accompanying them was. Guinness stew was too thick, salty and slimy.

Service staff is great; great folks, kind & helpful.Atmosphere is casual.Food was ok. Started with green tomatoes, kettle chips, and mozzarella. Green tomatoes are thick with batter, and not as good as the South. Kettle chips are so very good; I would recommend these! Our table ordered southern chicken salad and would recommend it as well. The half order is plenty big enough. The ribs are ok, again not as good as the South. Mashed potatoes are real good! All in all, glad we tried it; we've driven by many times on our way to Indy and have wondered. We could stop in again but I doubt we will again.

Called in an order. Gave them time to make it. Drove up to the window to their confusion because they gave my order away to someone else. Said they'd quickly remake it, so I waited. Drove up to the window again. Still wasn't ready. Charged me full price for the manicotti and carrot cake ordered ($17) while I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally got my food 45 min after originally ordering. When I got it home to eat, it was very disappointing. Manicotti was ok, nothing special...Olive Garden does better. The vegetables I got on the side were swimming in water and had no flavor whatsoeve, tasted like they were right out of the can. The best part of the whole meal was the garlic bread, which was actually really good and apparently what I was waiting so long for at the restaurant. When I got to the carrot cake, which is advertised as something special, I was the most disappointed. It was terrible...dry with not much flavor at all. I'll never waste my time or money here again unless I just have a craving for garlic toast as a snack!SavvyStyle, Tom here from Windmill Grill and I can't begin to apologize appropriately for your experience. It sounds like if there was something that could have gone wrong with your order it did, ugh! although or garlic toast is tasty, it certainly should not be what we hang our hat on. I would like to offer to make this right with you. My direct email is [email protected] and if I could please ask a couple of questions to get to the core of this issue:what time did you visit?do you happen to have a receipt number by chance?I ask this not to distribute punishment, but rather to be able to look into the problems and discuss them with our Team Members. We feed thousands of people a week and as humans, we make mistakes, that is acceptable, not trying to make it right, is not! Once again, please accept my sincere apology and I hope to hear from you soon. Best Regards, Tom
