Roverâs is more than just a place to drink and listen to live music at night. They have a truly great selection of lunch items to choose from and everything tastes good. Really! There is something for everyone, from the carnivore to the vegetarian theyâve got you covered. Traditional pub food is top notch and of course, thereâs plenty to drink, well it is a pub.

This place has an amazing wine selection and happy hour menu is very diverse. The waitstaff and floor manager are always friendly and helpful. Great place to bring a date or your friends. Highly recommend the Scallops and Tuna

We meet at Hectors for a business meeting during happy hour and sat in the bar area. They had the fireplace lit and the place is quite cozy. The seats are really comfortable and relaxing. Some of the furniture is in need of repair but itâs a nice place thatâs clean and well taken care of. During happy hour we tried a variety of foods that tasted ok. The overall atmosphere is very conducive to small business meetings. There are a few TVs to watch and seating at the bar. Based on location they have tables right by the indies to main road if you are a people watcher and they have outside seating during the spring and summer weather.

Experience the travels of Ernest Hemingway through your palette; eating and drinking your way through the cities that Hemingway loved to frequent: Havana, Paris, Florence and Pamplona (where he discovered his love for bullfighting!) to name a few. We take
The menu was impressive however our dishes left a little bit to be desired. Bone in Tenderloin looked/tasted acceptable for the special $50 a dish. The lamb, drinks were average. Steak Tartare ~ both presentation and taste were no comparison to the one we had at another well known restaurant in Seattle. Pork Belly Sliders came with one very small piece of burned Pork Belly ~ size of half boiled egg (I guessed thisâs what you get in downtown Kirkland). The Pork Belly Sliders we had in a different well reviewed restaurant came with 4 times of Pork Belly without the nonsense decoration (same price). Restaurants with high price tags usually come with either beautiful view or comfortable seating, some come with both. Not this one, we were shocked to see what kind of chairs they have. All old wooden chairs with no padding at all at the dining area (except the bar). We have to skip dessert because the chairs were so uncomfortable. Who wants to spend almost $200 on a meal and sitting on chairs that hurt your bottom and your back.

We went for breakfast, nothing extraordinary (no clue why this supposedly offers Kirkland's best breakfast) but decent. They offer half omelettes and the "Beach Walker Omelette" was actually quite good. Atmosphere is typical diner. You can't go wrong if you are just looking for a place to eat.

Husband and I each ordered the cedar plank salmon with basil aioli and sautéed asparagus. It came with rice pilaf which they let us substitute with a side salad. The salmon was prepared perfectly as was the asparagus. The side salads were a generous serving of mixed greens with tomatoes and cucumbers. The balsamic dressing was particularly tasty. My son got short ribs with jasmine rice over which was a sunny side up egg. It also came with sautéed asparagus. He liked his a lot, said the short ribs were very tender and flavorful. The wines by the glass were fine. We didnât order dessert. Our server was attentive and friendly. We had a window seat overlooking the lake, which was an added plus. All in all a good dining experience.

Beach Cafe is located on the Lake Washington waterfront and the view is magnificent. The food is also excellent, at least for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggs Benedict, farmer's market omelette, and shakshuka. The poached eggs with the Benedict and shakshuka were perfectly cooked, neither too runny nor too hard. There is also validated parking.MOG,Thank you for your recent 5 star review and feedback! I ordered a 7 ounce steak and asked for the steak to be cooked "blue" which means very rare. I received about a four ounce chunk of hard leather. The salad and bread were outstanding but the butter was minimal. The wait staff were very efficient and friendly. All in all, an average meal with sour dough bread and salad in the wonderful range and the baked potato also outstanding. The meat was less than average.Hi there, thank you for your feedback! I am happy to hear you had wonderful service, however, I do apologize that your steak was overcooked! I have shared your comments with our management team along with our team of chefs. In the meantime, I would like to have our general manager touch base with you about your visit. Please email me a good contact phone number and I will have her give you a call. I hope to hear from you soon!-Emily, [email protected]

They are small order as you go place - no reservations and itâs a first come seating - they are small intimate and you get to order what you want and how much you want. Their cakes are out of this world. Order to go if you do t want sit down - it gets busy n sunny days so eating outside is a great option. Wait lines can be long on sunny days.
