See what the Colonel's cooking at your local KFC. Stop in today and enjoy our world famous chicken - it's Finger Lickin' Good!
The only reason I ate here, is because they've been shut down in Northern California, and I see why. I ate food from here and threw up all over the hotel bathroom. In most KFCs you have to wait 20-30 min. for your food, here they gave it to me as soon as I ordered it, so I knew it was sitting around for who knows how long. I ordered the fried chicken breast, potato wedges, biscut, and pink lemonade. I took it back to my hotel and ate it there. I had a bad feeling about it, but I haven't eaten a big meal in 3 days, so I ate it anyways. I immediately started to feel sick, but I thought it would pass like it usually does. It didn't. I ended up waking up in the middle of the night, and throwing up all over the hotel bathroom. I know it was the KFC, because that was the first time I threw up in over a year. Don't eat here. Find a real restaraunt.

While sort of stuck in King City because of our lack of planning we found a great little eatery next to our very over rated and way over priced motel. B's was a definite bright light for is. A good wait staff seated us and the cook did a great job on our food. V's helped us to make a positive stay. Give them a try. Easy to find right at the head of Broadway and 101.

For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
Good food, good friendly service. The food was hot and just what we ordered. The waitress was friendly and prompt.

When on a road trip in this area, we always stop at Lawrence's for a light meal, and are always pleased with the friendly staff, and great food. Restrooms are clean, plenty of parking, and the gas station next door make this a one stop shop, They even have a nice gift shop here, too!

People keep coming back to Wildhorse Cafe for good food at the right price. If you're wanting a great home-cooked meal, the Wildhorse Cafe is the place to go. Our menu includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all day. We have the best chicken fried steak yo
This is basically a truck stop café - which can be either really good, or not. We decided it was not. My chili was watery and kind of sour tasting. The waitress asked me if I wanted crackers or garlic bread with it. She failed to mention the garlic bread option was an additional $2.25. Other than this faux pas, she was quite entertaining and fun. The homemade pies looked many days old. This place was rated #3 in King City on Tripadvisor . We left thinking there must be a lot of not very good restaurants in this town.

The Cork & Plough opened in February 2015 and is located in King City's Town Square on Broadway St. Seattle-native Chef Travis Childers brings a menu filled with quality interpretations of classic dishes as well as a few more daring ventures into modern A
Driving south from SFO (after a long journey) to home near SLO, we serendipitously stopped in King City for lunch, and found The Cork and Plough - and what a find it was! These MUST be transplanted Bay Area folks who own The C & P, as they have a nice sensitivity/sensibility for the local produce and other locally sourced ingredients, as well as a big-city vibe with their more hipster food preparations. We really enjoyed our salad and burger with fries lunch, in particular as they DO make their own ketchup - and everything else for that matter - from scratch! I wish we could have stayed for dinner, as their menu looked delicious, and I was particularly taken with the "seasonal sides", which included "Mexican street corn". Anyway, don't bypass King City in the future if you are wanting a nice lunch or dinner as you drive Highway 101. I would have given them 5-stars, but the cocktails and beer/wine selection seemed quite expensive.
