The come Back Inn is actually in Metairie, LA. which is a suburb of New Orleans. Located on West Metairie Ave. this place has been a neighborhood, and visitor, staple for decades. Their servings are always generous and lightly spiced. But there are enough seasonings on each table to burn anyoneâs palate. Tips are optional as you pick up your meal at the window, so you wonât have a server..EVERYTHING is delicious. Never heard of a complaint...NEVER.

Always a friendly staff. Food always served hot. Great selection. Great Fried Chicken fresh to order. Appetizers are delicious .. Great Adult beverages. The best bread pudding in New Orleans area... Good place to bring family or date night .. Clean restrooms and restaurant. the only thing I could say needs improvement would be parking very limited .

We brought our two grandsons in for lunch. The menu had a good variety. The meal was delicious. But the the best part was our server Cynthia. We are not from here, my husband was dropping me off at the airport. And Dot's was highly recommended on TripAdvisor. Love Dot'sThank you so much for the kind words in your review. We also love when one of our wonderful staff is pointed out.

With two adjacent buildings, don't be confused by the after hours bar and the family restaurant. The restaurant is nothing fancy and everything you want in a local seafood place. Fresh food, down-home cooking, friendly service and lots of regulars are among the good attributes. And the prices are commensurate with a real local neighborhood place, and not upscale locations heavy on ambiance and fancy fixtures. For $19.95 -- including tip -- I enjoyed a huge, fully-dressed, overflowing fried oyster poboy, a bowl of thick, rich seafood gumbo and an ice cold local Abita beer. I was perfectly happy enjoying that local seafood perfection all alone on an out-of-town Valentine's afternoon. And I'll be back!

Took my parents here for dinner, we're all from out of town. The restaurant was very busy but we still received excellent service from Errol and the whole crew. The food was great, every item was delicious. Would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were meeting some friends at the Harbor Seafood & Oyster Bar. There was parking in front. There was also an outdoor patio, though because it was a bit over 100 degrees, we opted to eat inside. We were seated immediately. Our server, Kelly S., was there with specials and took our drink order. We ordered a mai tai and a tropical breeze to start, especially since, we were staying just down the street at the nearby La Quinta Inn. For appetizers, we decided on 1/2 dozen of the char-grilled oysters, an order of jalapeno poppers and the 1/2 blackened & 1/2 fried alligator. We also ordered fried frog legs, the orange roughy entree, a small green salad and a cup of clam chowder. Everything tasted great. Kelly S. was wonderful, personable and efficient. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

We drove by on our way to a campground and decided to stop by. The place was clean and the menu made it tough to decide. I ordered the catfish and the waitress, Jeanne, strongly recommended the Julie sauce. It did not disappoint. The serving sizes were large and filling.Jeanne was running around serving everyone with ease. The cooks were giving her a hard time all in fun and it was entertaining. Overall, great food and great service.Dan, we are so please you had such a great and entertaining experience at Dots Diner. Thank yo for the nice review and we hope to have you back again.

Since 1933 Ye Olde College Inn has served generations of New Orleanians. Come join us at a true New Orleans landmark. Our menu features our latest Creole specials and plenty of twists on traditional New Orleans standards. Next door is another New Orleans
Visiting for Jazz fest and ate here for one night. Our waiter Jimmy made the night! He gave us recommendations from drinks to apps to the main course. We pretty much all ate from the list of specials for the night but everything was incredible. Definitely the best we had eaten on our trip and none of our meals had been disappointing. Five stars all the way!

A true Cajun joint in looks, smell and taste. We had the fried oyster poboy. Nice, big oysters with a great taste. Onion rings and fried okra for appetizers. Both very good. I'm sure we will return to try out more of the dishes.
