For an ice cream place in a prominent location in town, with cones costing several dollars, I expected a better experience. They advertise many flavors--I think there were about 30 when we visited in July--and the first bite really confirms your choice---I had blackberry and it was delicious....for the first 2 or 3 bites. After that, you really couldn't taste the flavor. It's all custom ordered/hand-mixed flavors but the added money for a flavored cone was not worth it in our opinion. Small indoor seating area with a restroom (without paper--towel or toilet). Looks like there would normally be outdoor patrons, but it was raining when we visited. I'd give it another try, but maybe stick to the vanilla.

Just dropped in as they got good rating. Little crowded as it was a Friday night. Team looks confused and little lost when it comes to serving. They take forever to get your order so you better go at leisure. Ordered Gold chicken wrap and a Mac burger. Food was worth the wait. Very tasty and juicy. I felt it is very pricy but the portion size is quite big.

Coffee Shop and Cafe with breakfast, lunch, excellent coffee, espresso, espresso drinks and treats from the bakery case.
Excellent little spot! The coffee was fantastic (I personally recommend the wild cat). The food was phenomenal! Very flavorful, decent portions. Must try the bacon jam! (They should jar it and sell it ) We appreciate that you took the time to review The Granite Grind! Thank you!

We visited this brew pub for the first time today. Itâs a great addition to the charming old-fashioned town of Lancaster. We had vegetarian chili and smoked pork sliders with freshly made coleslaw. Both were excellent, as was the beer. You can sit in the quaint cellar or outdoors on the patio next to the roaring brook. Thereâs a great art gallery in the wonderful old building as well.

My friend and I dined here for the first time 2 years ago, and we could not say enough about how much we enjoyed the meal. We returned to the wine cellar this past weekend hoping for a similar experience, but we were very disappointed in the outcome. We did a set menu of four courses, and all in all felt the quality of the food has downgraded since our last visit. We both ordered the Ribeye as our entrees - the food came out cold, and difficult to cut through. The bread we were provided much later in the meal was stale, and our deserts were unappetizing. My friend's panacotta had absolutely no flavor to it. Two years ago I would have said it was an amazing meal, but I'm sad to say it did not live up to my past experience. On one positive note, we very much enjoyed our glasses of wine.Dear Celinawilltravel,Thank you for taking the time to complete this TripAdvisor, but please accept my sincere apologies for your overall experience. While staying at the Mountain View Grand Resort this was the closest restaurant open outside of our hotel. We stopped for a light supper the first night, returned for a breakfast, and two suppers. All meals were great, service was wonderful, and prices very reasonable. Parking is ample but the diner is popular for supper and you might encounter a wait but the servers work their tails off trying to get you seated and will wait on you as soon as they can give you a table.

Did dinner here 2x during our stay, and breakfast 2x - could not have been more pleased. I know some of the reviews knock the dining (which I was nervous about) but they could not have been more wrong. Was very pleased with food quality (farm to table) and service (whether we ate in or had the food brought to our room). Loved the Harvest Salad, the Pork Ragu, and we did the flourless chocolate cake and berry cake and loved both. Would highly recommend breakfast buffet (at very reasonable $17/person).Dear TTTT5,We appreciate you taking the time to complete these TripAdvisor's. Casual upscale dining ... we have a beautiful dining room and a great cozy pub. Everyone feels comfortable and welcome here. Our food is recognized as some of the best in the area and our service is the best!! We offer everything from a full course dinner
Had Thanksgiving diner here today and it did not disappoint. Starting right from the beginning, the service was excellent! The person seating us was prompt and very nice, our server was excellent, pleasant and she checked on us frequently. The food was fabulous. I had a perfectly cooked prime rib, best Iâve had in a while, my husband had the full turkey dinner. The sides were homemade and delicious. We had wine, a nice pour at a fair price and a couple beers. The pies were great, coffee hot and very good. Could not of asked for more. Thank you for making our Thanksgiving nice! You are most welcome ... I am very happy that you enjoyed your day and thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review!!

this is a gas station with a corner store. the corner store has a deli in it with a WIDE variety of foods.
Best little corner storeThis place has everything you need including hot meals. There is pizza, grinders, subs, salads, and more. They had the basic essentials one may need when traveling. Best of all this little store has beer for sale and name brand ones for a great deal! They sell the 6packs cheaper than Shawâs in Lancaster. The employees are always very polite. We always come here when in town.

We are known for our more than adequate portions at a very reasonable price. Our more popular menu choices include pancakes as big a dinner plate and Omelets made with 6 eggs. Along with a variety of New England made products we have maple syrup, 12 varie
Waterwheel Breakfast is not to be missed. This busy little highway stop boasts friendly and efficient service with mouthwatering classic breakfast foods at reasonable prices. My sunny side eggs were perfectly prepared. Still runny and delicious but without the drippy snot that sometimes lingers near the yoke. The bacon, toast and home fries were also delicious and perfectly cooked. The pancakes are light and fluffy served with real maple syrup. The coffee was fresh and my mug never hit empty. My wife ordered an egg sandwich which was also damn near perfect. We ate like kings for $20 bucks. They also have a little gift shop thatâs got New Hampshire nicknacks and syrup to go. A wonderful breakfast all around.
