While I prefer to avoid the chain restaurant TNs whenever possible, this location of Outback is a favorite of our friends. We have been here several times and it never disappoints. Our wait time this night was about 30 minutes and the bar area was full but we ordered drinks and were able to snag a seat in the waiting area. Once seated, we were greeted promptly by our server Kevin. He was very personable and actually kind of flirty with our friend when he found out she was a real estate agent. (turns out he was looking to buy a house in the near future) We got no appetizers this time. We all ordered a different style steak dinner. Salads were large and fresh. Steaks were all cooked exactly as ordered. Flavor was very deep and delicious but two of us found our steaks to be a bit tough. The fresh vegetables were slightly overcooked and mushy but still tasted good. Service throughout dinner was attentive as Kevin checked with us frequently. It was a good dining experience and Iâm sure at some point we will return.

Visited with my wife for our first time for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Service was great and food was excellent. Laid back casual atmosphere. If your looking for great bar food this is the place.

Before we left Nashville we had to try some fried Catfish. I read up on a few places and settled on Uncle Budâs Catfish, Chicken, and Such. Itâs nowhere near the tourist traps found downtown and caters to the locals in Donelson County, which is about 20 minutes from the city centre. As soon as you are seated, your server arrives with the âfixinâsâ...pickles, hush puppies, warm white beans and coleslaw. These sides are replenished endlessly throughout your meal. They are all freshly made in house but be careful not to fill up on them because the mains are huge. We tried the catfish-fried chicken combo which includes 2 filets and 2 pieces of country fried chicken and fries. The food arrives piping hot and our server was so friendly and surprised we found this spot. The catfish is moist with a crunchy cornmeal breading and the chicken is cooked to perfection...juicy inside with a lightly seasoned crispy coating. No craft beers to be had here but a cold Budweiser made a great accompaniment. Do yourself a favour and hit up Uncle Budâs while you are visiting the area!

McNamara's Irish Pub and Resaurant provides an authentic Pub experience found in small towns all throughout Ireland. Made from scratch food, friendly service, cold pints, and outstanding live music provide an unforgettable experience. Appropriate for all
We went on a Friday evening for dinner. The Irish stew and the corned beef and cabbage were great. They also have the best fried mushrooms we've ever had. The bread pudding is so rich and delicious. They had live Irish music, which was great, but when they got the customers in on singing along and banging on tables, and clapping, it was truly a fun experience. Family friendly as well!

We stopped by Nadeen's on the way to the Nashville Airport (it is only 10-15 minutes from there). My husband had the "Kernel" and I had the "Full Breakfast." Both breakfasts were tasty (although they needed a little more salt for our taste). The portions were substantial and neither of us could finish all they brought to us. The biscuits were very fluffy. Service was good. Overall, a great place stop for a bite, especially if you are looking for a local meal before heading out of town.

I live in NW Alabama, there used to be a Famous Dave's in Florence, but it closed after the landlord jacked up the rent. The entire region mourned the loss of the best BBQ in the region. There was another Famous Dave's in Franklin, SW of Nashville, at least we could get our FD's fix whenever we flew out of Nashville, then it closed.I had to take a quick trip to FL and on the flight back I realized, there were others in the area. SIRI showed me the one in Hermitage, just 10 mins from the airport, so there I went. The smell when you walk in will have you instantly drooling. We used to get the rib dinners, then take ribs home. I just wanted takeout to surprise my wife, who missed FD's as much as I do. I was considering two rib dinners when I spotted the Feast for Two! Amazing amount of food for just a few $ more. Includes ribs, two half chickens, brisket, baked beans, slaw, potato salad, and 4 delicious cornbread muffins.I had a three hour drive with the wonderful smells permeating the car, then, finally got home and surprised the wife. My wife couldn't have been happier when I walked in the door with that huge package. We got three full meals out of that package. We had never tried their brisket before, it was delicious.

Arrived for breakfast/brunch at about 11:00 on a Monday morning. Restaurant was full and busy. Wait staff was prompt and filled our drink orders quickly and took our order timely as well. But it took a VERY long time before two of us got our food. The other two had to wait another 3-4 minutes before their's arrived. The food was great, coffee good too. Waitress told us when she delivered the last two orders that they would be free because of the long wait. Would I go again? Yes, but be sure you have some extra time.

Dive into food and fun at the Aquarium Restaurant, located in the Opry Mills Mall! Your underwater adventure begins as you are seated around a 200,000-gallon aquarium tank, home to a wide variety of fish, sharks, stingrays and more! Make a splash with del
My wife and I were here for dinner before an Opry show, the aquarium was beautiful, thatâs where it stopped. We got fried calamari, no flavor, I got broiled captains platter and my wife grilled shrimp, nothing had flavor, everything overcooked and rubbery. The stuffed crab was just wet mush along with the stuffed shrimp with no actual seafood in stuffing. I loved seafood, I couldnât eat it, I rarely complain, but actually made me lose my appetite and feel sick.

With 24 taps of local & regional craft beers and food created from local ingredients and made fresh in our scratch kitchen, Homegrown isn't just a name, it's what we do. We are a laidback neighborhood hangout serving up the best of Nashville within 10 min
We weren't sure what to expect when we tracked this place down in the middle of a strip mall--with the windows boarded and tarped over. Turns out someone decided to redecorate the place with their car--whoopsies...but we were pleasantly surprised by the rest of the visit. It's a tap room so they pour lots of brews from different places--some on tap, some not. Beertender was really nice and knew his stuff--we ended up with chips and salsa after we were informed we'd entered during a 2-for-1 happy hour. Couldn't let that 2nd beer go to waste! Varied menu--it all looked really good. Nice neighborhood location and comfortable atmosphere. I'd come back!
