Had a delicious scallops dinner here one evening, overlooking the deck and ocean in the distance. Service was good although perhaps slightly below that provided by the hotel staff who were exceptional. Prices were slightly expensive but not outrageous (unlike the breakfast menu at Navio). Would recommend if you are already staying at the hotel!

Breakfast and lunch only...very good!
Old style diner with a small seating area, but comfortable and quaint. Clearly a local favorite based on the constant flow of locals, which is always a good sign. Breakfast of sourdough french toast, bacon and eggs was terrific. Great coffee too! Service was surprisingly fast given how busy it is. Staff were friendly and efficient.

We stumbled on this cafe while looking for a casual lunch spot. We ate delicious Egg and Avocado Sandwiches outside in their pleasant courtyard with abundant seating and really enjoyed it. Though the deli counter staff wasn't overly friendly (no welcoming smile or a "thank you!" after placing our order) but that wouldn't deter us from returning on our next Half Moon Bay trip.

Discover Navio, a restaurant situated on the North California coast at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay. Savor a taste of the sea and bathe in the aromas from the restaurant's smoky, wood-fire oven. Here, you'll find only the region's freshest ocean cuisin
If you stay at Ritz you do not have many options for dining. This place is not well design and inviting. We had dinner here and one of the dishes was overcooked and tasteless but no one cared. The Historic Miramar Beach Restaurant & Bar has a long and colorful history going back more than 70 years. It was originally designed and built as a Prohibition speakeasy to serve the liquor smuggled into the Bay Area through a drop off point on Miramar B
Have been here several times in the past two months. We love the location and view. The food is good however very limited menu for vegetarians or vegans. Outside is dog friendly and enough space between tables to comfortably fit a stroller. Unfortunately we were chased inside by the beesâand there were a couple inside as well. The waiter said that they are episodic, but it sort of spoiled the ambiance.

We ate at Ketch Joanne after a walk on the beach. The bathrooms were out of order and there was a sign on the door letting patrons know. There was a short wait for a table. The service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Pretty large portions! The music in the bar (where our table was) was a bit loud for breakfast time.

Overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Half Moon Bay, California, Sam's Chowder House offers oceanfront dining and delicious seafood. Voted "BEST SEAFOOD" by the locals (Half Moon Bay Review Readers Choice Awards), and by the Bay Area BEST OF THE BAYLIST. Enjoy
We were down in Half Moon Bay for our anniversary, overnight , so decided tol ry the local hangout and we really liked the atmosphere. The food was very good. The lobster was very succulent and the brussels sprouts with pancetta was excellent. The waiter, Jesus, was very congenial and on top of it, and they gave us free desserts that were delicious.. I had the soft serve Sunday, which I really recommend. The view was great and we could walk from our hotel right to it. They have a great deal Tues night at the bar during Happy Hour where you can get oysters for a buck a piece with a drink, that would be a great thing to try in the future. We would definitely go back.

My scallops were absolutely divine. Not greasy, fresh & delicious. My husband enjoyed his pasta. And the creme brûlée was tasty. The strawberry filled with whipped cream was a nice touch.

Where the locals go. Really good food, not just a bunch of batter fried. My Italian seafood was really well done. My wife had the fisherman delight, and it was huge! They have several fresh fish on the menu. You are looking it on the water. They have several desserts. They only take cash, but have an ATM. You won't be disappointed!!
