On the zhorez of beautiful Pokegama Lake near Grand Rapids, MN. We have the premier lake front hot zpot for your lakezide fun. Open everyday 11 AM to 2 AM!
We've been to Zorbaz a couple times and love it there!! The lake view is spectacular, the overall experience is great, and the food is good! My family enjoys the lake and beach area and volleyball is a great option for fun! The beach front bar is great and someone offers live music along with food and drinks. The restaurant itself is spacious and patio seating offers great views! Food is very good and waitstaff is friendly. Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the prices are a bit much. That said, it's probably somewhat comparable to other venues but offers great environment. It's a definite stop if you've never been!

Awesome little restaurant, food was good and service was good. We had the 2/25 supper choice and picked ceasar salad ans ribs. The salad was amazing as was the rib meal, green beans were the best. Would be nice if they offered a hotel discount from the surrounding hotels ( ours was across the road).

Our food and service were very good. I had the Senior turkey plate with stuffing, mashed potatoes and baked apples. My husband had the Chicken Fried Steak special. It is a bit expensive, but we did get the senior discount (20%) because it was Monday.

Stopped for a glass of wine and a beer. My better half is picky about his beer and they had a selection that pleased him. They served me my wine in a pint glass with ice, that made me happy. The owner was working at 4:00pm on a Friday night and she gave us some great recommendations from the menu. Turns out, they make many of the selection from scratch and hand cut and/or batter many of the items on the menu. They also make many of their own sauces in house. We had an app and two drinks and our bill was less then $15. Needless to day the app was good and we will be back.

This is a terrific place to meet friends for a great meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is varied enough to please any group and all the choices are delicious. The staff is friendly and not âin your faceâ so that you never feel pressured to hurry through your meal. Our waiter was attentive but not pushy. Great overall experience and one that continues to remain great year after year.

So sad that the Loon does so little to invest in such a prime location. The Winter atmosphere could be wonderful but instead we had bright lights no music and the furnishings are kinda of cafeteria style. Baked potatoe was huge but underdone. All you can eat crab was just ok. Great waitress however ! How she could serve all those tables is amazing.

Had the apple cinnamon French toast with eggs and bacon. Not much apple or cinnamon, but it sure was good. Service was excellent and efficient. Iâll bet the other dishes are just as good. Maybe next time!

Pasties Plus makes one thing pasties which is a meat pie only found in mining communities. The pasties are excellent, best I've found in Minnesota.
This place is great if you are looking for unique places that to would never find unless you knew it was there. They are family owned and use a family recipe. The restaurant is small enough that it only have one table and had 5 things on the menu. Still, there should be something everyone would like. We tried nearly all of the options and all of them were delicious. When they offer you the gravy donât pass it up! It is delicious.

I wanted to like this restaurant. There were so many good reviews that I had high hopes. Those were soon dashed. My steak was flavorless, the vegetables waterlogged, the potato dry, and the Texas toast was nothing more than thinly sliced, buttered, toast. The service: I was traveling alone. I had texted someone when I left and they were going to a restaurant as well. They had eaten and were paying 15 minutes before I had food. She was not getting fast food. It took nearly an hour for me to get served. I realize it was 7pm, but this is unacceptable. If you are in a hurry or want a good meal, find somewhere else. Not sure where, but somewhere else.
