We have always enjoyed Longboards for the food, service and spectacular view. We tried it recently knowing the owners were new and the menu changed. The service was excellent, though the service from bar was glacial. I had the wedge salad and was very disappointed. The blue cheese dressing was terrible and tasted more like cheap dressing from Denny's than quality house made, which is what I expect from a restaurant of Longboards' caliber. My main dish was excellent. I had the scallops & shrimp over risotto and was not disappointed! My husband had the blackened shrimp over pasta, though they were out of pasta so substituted jasmine rice. He said the shrimp were excellent, but didn't particularly care for the rice. Our waitress was a delight and helped make the wait for drinks and the few missteps bearable. It seemed to us that this first full season for the new owners and new menu was a bit rocky for Longboards and we hope they get the kinks ironed out quickly.

Nice location, I eat in the backyard because I had my Dog Max . Good service. only down side is the portions are small. See picture.
We were steered wrong by our Lodge about breakfast at Blackbird Inn in Clio (they open at 4pm for dinner!). So we headed down the road to Graeagle, and turned in on a whim to the Graeagle Meadows Golf Course. Great breakfast! And super-friendly wait staff! Would happily return, and highly recommend!! And you don't have to golf to enjoy breakfast!

The food was good and the location was convenient to the location we were staying. Not fond of places that charge $4 to split a burger, but we did not want a whole burger each....had we known that we would just have ordered one burger. Reason for the split charge, we got extra French fries.....I eat 3 or 4 fries, so we could have ordered one burger and cut it ourselves.....Lesson learned. We apologize that you were unhappy with the split charge. We always inform our guests of our split policy at the time you place your order giving you the opportunity to decide if you would like us to take care of splitting your entree and providing you with an extra side, or if you would just prefer an extra plate. It is our hope that by splitting your meal and providing you with an extra side that we can make your dining experience as enjoyable and hassle free as possible. - Coyote Management

Our breakfasts were quite average. The bacon was crispy. The eggs and country potatoes were ok. The coffee wasn't anything to shout about. The waitresses were fast and efficient. The restaurant had the atmosphere an old fashioned diner in a little mountain town.

Restaurant serving pizzas, pasta, burgers, appetizers, salads. Has 14 rotating beer selections and is fun and family friendly!
We are traveling nearby and found this in Trip Advisor I was hungry for pizza and so here we went. We had two pizzas and a chicken Marsala dish. Everyone was happy including our more picky people. Lovely staff, good range of choices of dishes, wine and beer.

This "food wagon" serves wonderfully prepared food and huge portions. (Best BLT I ever had in my life.) All dining is at picnic tables out front, where you can each your sweet potato fries and look at the mountains. Don't miss this if you're in Graeagle.

We came in for dinner on a smokey August night. The Mushroom Ravioli was awesome. Lovely filling, great homemade pasta and a totally decadent mushroom Buerre Blanc sauce. Pot Roast with mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked vegetables was great also. Dinners came with a lovely salad as well. Overall a great meal offering great value.

Wonderful food in a very nice out-of-the-way restaurant.
We had the pesto chicken and the salmon Puccini. Both were delicious and very filling. We also had wine by the glass, warm bread, and fresh salads. We will return!
