pricey, but nice place. fish and chips were good, also the blackened rockfish and dill sauce. liked the grilled zucchini. the garlic mashed potatoes were a bit dry, but tasted good. wasn't crazy about the dressing on the spinach salad - plenty of egg and bacon though (and the nice fresh spinach leaves hadn't been de-stemmed)

Service and homemade food was enjoyable, didn't feel rushed. They have BBQ Pork, Super Mac & Cheese and burgers. Price was reasonable and portions filled you up. Dessert was homemade and delicious.Try the Super Mac & Cheese and the apple/3 berry cobbler. Really good with tart cherries and the perfect blend of sweet, tart, with warm chewy topping served with ice cream.

Nice little spot located directly on the scenic Hunter Creek. Friendly atmosphere great food and good prices.
Went there to have a beer and shared a pastrami sandwich. Both tasty. Went back the next day because they had lasagna with salad and garlic bread for the daily special, and it's only offered on the daily special. Delicious home-made lasagna. Accompanying salad was very small but the blue cheese dressing was great and I wished I had ordered a real side salad. Garlic bread was good as well. Very happy to find this little hide-away, far from the touristy joints that offer ok food to tourists who may never return. The locals know this place and it's full of them. The prices are locals' prices, not tourists' prices. Absolutely stopping here again next time I am in Gold Beach!

We ate dinner and breakfast here because it was within walking distance of our hotel. My husband had the seafood sampler platter which included a crab cake and fish taco that were so spicy they were almost inedible. (The menu description did not indicate hot or spicy.) I had the crab mac n cheese which was good, but didn't have much crab. Our breakfast was much better. My French toast was good - nothing fancy, just like the kind you would make at home. Service for both meals was goid. Prices are reasonable for what you get.

Food was good, service was better. Seems like a mix of locals and tourists. Omelette breakfast was hearty and delicious. Egg + bacon + potatoes breakfast hubby ordered was disappointing, especially the bacon not cooked properly. Good coffee.

This seemed to be one of the nicer places in town, right on the water, but I was very disappointed. First, the lady at the front was, at best, curt, and at worst, rude. Yes, she was very busy, but a smile isn't out of the question. When your name was called, you had maybe 5 seconds to get there before she moved on. It was a bad first impression. Then the food was only average, at best. The rockfish was bland and the fries were mushy. On the whole, it was not a dinner I care to repeat. Oh, the server, (Sarah?) earned her tips she hustled and took care of us as best she could..

Breakfast and lunch only. Huge omelet selection.
Of our two visits to Gold Beach, we have eaten breakfast at Indian Creek at least six times. The food is always hot, hearty, and good! Typically, my husband orders the corned beef hash with hash browns with a side of sausage gravy and eggs over easy. That usually holds him until dinner. He will order this same breakfast over multiple mornings. It sounds so basic yet he has found none that quite tastes the same. For myself, I will order the pancakes (very generous portion) or French toast with a side of bacon or sausage. The coffee is good and strong. I usually have orange juice which seems to have more flavor than that offered at most restaurants. The service is always friendly, efficient and quick. There is never a feeling of being rushed which I enjoy when having breakfast. The noise level is subdued so it is easy to have a conversation over coffee. We have not tried the lunch menu but it's probably pretty good as well.

If you sneeze you might miss this tiny little restaurant, but it sure serves up a nice meal! Our server was friendly and seemed to be handling all the customers single-handledly with aplomb. I ordered the coconut lime mussels and they were delicious! Plenty for a light supper, and the bread for mopping up the sauce was great. Other family members enjoyed their meals equally.

Spinner's was recommended to me by longtime Gold Beach residents as the place locals enjoy lovely dining, so we spiffed up our casual wear a little and made reservations as recommended. (We were glad we did!) We started with relaxing, generously poured glasses of wine which we nursed through the dinner at our table-clothed table. Our waiter was congenial, helpful and solicitous at just the right times - we would return and request his station again if it weren't our last night. The crab cake (with salad and garlic potatoes) topped all others I've ever had, and my friend's ling cod was seasoned so beautifully, my sampling of it renewed my interest in eating cod. Our portions were healthy, so we split a flourless, chocolate lava torte with ice cream and raspberry sauce for a sweet ending. A most pleasant evening for two with a glimpse of the ocean from our table for about $85/$95!

House-made cheeses and cured meats compliment a small, yet varied menu. Meals are designed to enhance the strong wine program. We take the wine and food seriously but ourselves... Not so much. We offer a casual, fun, evening that includes top notch food,
After reading the reviews to this restaurant on TripAdvisor and having a look at the prices on the menu, I went there with high expectations. In retrospective I must say, they haven't been fulfilled. The atmosphere in this cute, little place is really homely and you can imagine to spend a long evening there. It is exciting to watch the chef at his work in the open kitchen. The service is okay, but not more. I had to ask for a glass of water, otherwise it wouldn't have been served. On the other hand you get a wet and warm hand towel, when you take your seat - that's very lovely. The food is okay, too. But it wasn't this surprise of taste, rather little boring. It could have been stronger flavored in my opinion. And for that price it should be more of it - I had four tiny little potatoes as the only starchy part of the menu (among the vegetables). That's too less, as I think. In general: It isn't bad, but it isn't worth the price, either.
