We ordered inside "to go." Got 2 egg, cheese, & bacon biscuits. The cashier forgot to take our coupon & failed to give us a receipt. Food was good & hot, but the biscuit was very greasy. Had to go back in & ask for the receipt.

Shoney's was near our hotel so after a long day in the car a place to walk was welcome. Seated quickly and service was OK. We ordered the salad and hot bar (a special that evening). Well, the food was plentiful and filling but only average. Nothing about this meal made me feel that I would want to return. Too many other choices.

This is not my first visit to Chili's locations.and I always like to try locations that are new to Me. I found that this one had all the friendly atmosphere, good food, and service, and moderate pricing that all the other ones had. When I sat at the bar, Cherish, my server, informed me that my favorite Bud Light draft, was "Happy Hour" special at $2.49, along with half price apps. The last time I had the apps special, I ordered the combo plate, which consisted of three apps, and a large plate of nacho chips, and salsa. I gave up after about three quarters finished/ This time, I thought that I would be clever, and just order two apps.WRONG! The two apps almost filled both plates. In spite of the fact, that they were so delicious, I could not finish the plates. If I ever come across the apps special again, I will order one at a time. This is a large brew pub. it has a long bar, plenty of tables, and chairs, and a huge outdoor patio. I was told, by Courtney, my server, thatthey had 72 draft beers, on tap, but I settled for my usual Bud Light. There was not a large varied menu, but I opted fot the Philly cheese steak sandwich. It was good, but I really liked the home-made chips. I found the service efficient, the food tasty,and the draft beer a little pricey. All in all, it was a pretty good evening. Alright, I am addicted to their seared Prime Rib but as you know, in a lot of chain restaurants something that you really like may be different from store to store. I have had this 3 times now at 3 different locations and it was great at all of them. This place was a standout. I am really big on customer service. I do NOT expect to be treated like the only customer in the place, but i do like to be treated like a customer. Now days, that is a chore for some places. Our server, Bethanie, was the best. I encourage all of you to ask for her when going there. It was a treat to be served by such a nice attentive and professional young lady.

I have been eating at Wintzell's since the days the only location was in Mobile. I have enjoyed seeing the expansion to other locations and even visited several locations as well over the years as I travel. This may be one of my last visits though unfortunate. The service was unattentive at best, ordered crabclaws and oysters for appetizers, and the oysters never came. crabclaws were overcooked. I ordered fried shrimp, and it was obvious they were frozen and prebreaded. Previous visits in other locations always fresh and tasty. This was no better than Capitain D's. My wife had grilled chicken that was well over cooked and very tough which lost any flavor as well. Our salads we poorly prepared, there was a "lump" of shreaded cheese dropped on the top of the lettuce and not tossed at all. Our companions had redfish and catch of the day...all underwhelming. As I mentioned this was my first visit to this location of Wintzells and for this vistor, likely my last.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and if you stay at the Fairfield Marriott and show them your them your key you get a 10% discount! Ayanna was our very excellent server and recommended menu selections. I had the salmon and for my two sides I had very healthy and well cooked green beans and broccoli. My husband had a steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli and it was delicious he said. Mike greeted us at the door and was very friendly showing us to our table. He did a great job. We recommend this restaurant.

Typical location. Great food with amazing customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND using the app during peak times. I can't tell you how many times I've order breakfast in the app then walked in to come and see the car I would have been behind still not making it to the speaker. Not only that you earn rewards.

Visited twice during my week long visit and had a great experience. Both times I ordered a chopped steak with mashed potatoes for only $10 It was prepared quickly and very hot. I was greeted at the door as an old friend by the hostess and the manager.

This exit is convenient for lunch while traveling south & we were delighted to see Full Moon. It was our first visit but our daughter raves about another location. We really enjoyed the bbq & the collards were great. The staff was friendly & service was fast.The chow chow is a special touch.
