There’s an archaeological museum and a “Bishops’ Palace,” a Renaissance cathedral that was heavily bombed during World War II, but later rebuilt. Nearby in Estoi are Roman ruins, and Albufeira, also nearby, is a formerly quaint fishing village influenced by the Moors in the 8th century. It’s situated in a cliffside location, and has become famous for its beaches (there are 20) and nightlife.

they had changed their place since previous time about 2 years ago that I was there. the quality of their food is still excellent and their new place is much nicer and bigger, I loved the design. Hope to visit them again

We loved it so much we went 3 times. The chicken in mushroom sauce was great as were the steaks. They were cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fabulous location for a quick bite before walking Faros historic center. Only 5 tables, but the guy makes delicious sandwiches and the beer is cold! Friendly service. Would go back again.
