Had lunch there and the menu is comprehensive..the onions rings are fabulous. The ambience is distressing! It is dark it needs a very serious upgrading...it looks OLD for an old crowd..the enclosed patio is a perfect setting IF the room itself was in ANY way attractive or appealing..brown is NOT the color a golf club dining room should be..someone really should make it have a more modern personality ..staff is friendly.

We had breakfast and the pancakes were fabulous. The waffles were fine too. The eggs were near specification. The service was good. A breakfast can cost $5-8, and lunch and dinner should run $7-13. They have live music every Friday night. This could become your favorite diner.

Visited twice whilst staying at Best Western Irving either side of my holiday. The fried chicken salad with thousand island sauce on the first trip was divine! Jet lagged and eating at what the body thought was 3am this salad was perfect - light enough you didnât feel over full and enough that you went to bed satisfied. Second trip felt up to the rack of ribs and it didnât disappoint. First visit we were a huge group and the gentleman looking after us was fabulous! With 15 orders we expected some wait but it wasnât too bad. Look forward to coming again when Iâm next in the area.Thank you Amy for dining with us, we appreciate your kind words and look forward to seeing you again next time!

Stopped by our local TRBC/Twisted Root Burger Co. for a couple of burgers after flying in that evening.Buffalo Burger was cooked to perfect and very juicy. Toasted bun and all the extra fixin's was tasty. My friend had the burger with 'Lots-a-Shroom' and fries - great. Can't go wrong trying any of Twisted Roots offerings.

Were were in Dallas and decided to stop for dinner. Cheddar's was one of our favorite places to eat. Their potat soup is outstanding. We also had their chicken strips and my wife had a chicken fried steak both were excellent. The service provided by Tisha was also very good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when asking about the menu options. We are not from that area so we wanted to try a local place. BBQ was good and they had soft served ice cream. Inside appearance seems a little out dated but that's not a show stopper.

We where very desapointed because we arrive to the restaurant for an early dinner on a Tuesday at 5:05pm and we have to wait for a table when more then half of the restaurant was available, unfortunately the perception of bad service was huge. The food was good , this restaurant have the best rolls and the Ice tea and a huge menu but unfortunately the first impression was not the best

First time eating at Lazy Dog. It was a cool place with a good atmosphere, great and friendly service and the food was good too. Bacon Candy a must try and the rib eye topped with blue cheese crumbles was very good and cooked perfectly.
