I really enjoy the burgers here for what ever reason I don't get here as much as I can but when I am in the mood for a great burger and fries this is the best place around, always very fresh and the fries are fresh cut also.

George's Restaurant has been a staple of the Oak Park community for well over 50 years. We pride ourselves on our fast, friendly service, casual dining atmosphere, extensive menu and reasonable prices!

What a great place to enjoy after a day at the convention center directly across the street and beside several hotels. The staff is well trained for this white linen establishment. They have a bar room with tables able to handle singles / couples. Ample seating options and party spots available, would recommend reservations as it does get busy. They seem to deal well with the deluge of orders and service does not suffer. This place exceeded my expectations and will return again and highly recommend.

My cousins treat themselves to a breakfast here on special occasions and took us while we were visiting. We were so glad they did. Months later, we still reminisce over the fry-up we had at Blossom Cafe. Huge portions, beautifully cooked and great service. It's a bit of a drive from Chicago...but worth it.

I visited the restaurant during a business trip during the recent polar vortex. Temperatures were below zero but the Great Escape was warming and welcoming. The food selection was varied and tasty and the service prompt. My business colleague and I were quickly seated. Portion size and price were good. A gem of a local restaurant worth trying.

This place makes the kind of italian sausage Chicagoans all over the world wish they could find. Simple, course ground pork, fennel (gotta have fennel), salt, pepper, little else. Nothing fancy, just stuffed gold! They have mild, mild with fennel, hot, xx hot and garlic. Subs are amazing on awesome crusty bread. Will be bringing lots of sauage back to Atlanta with me. Raised in Chicago, jonesing for a taste of home no more.

A reunion with friends during a visit to the Chicago area. Deliaâs was the top rated breakfast spot in Oak Park & Forest Park and lived up to that billing.Very friendly staff that kept our coffee cups and water glasses full. Generous portions of very tasty breakfast plates. I would highly encourage a visit.

Great Italian sandwich shop! Very friendly staff. If you ever wondered what real Italian bread, cheese, and cold cuts taste like, you can find out here. I get the sandwich they call the Alpine and it is one of my favorites. Parking is terrible. There is a tiny parking lot that holds 3 cars and the rest is parallel parking on North Ave (you have enter the parking lot from the alley behind the store). You could probably get away with parking at the grocery store across the street or you have to go north into Elwood park and park on a side street. Worth the hassle. Very small dining area, but most people take out. Legendary in Oak Park, River Forest, and Elmwood Park.
