We tried the Red Pepper based on its reputation of being a hidden gem in Grand Forks. We had the famous Grinder. The bread was doughey and the sandwich not great. The restaurant has not been cleaned in decades. Our table was covered in grime. Iâd say itâs best to go here when itâs dark after last call at the bar.

Established in 2015. Sky's, formerly known as Sanders 1907, marks a new chapter in Grand Forks fine dining. We are located on the second floor of the Edgewood Corporate Plaza at 322 DeMers Avenue. With seating adjacent to large windows overlooking Downtow
Service/ atmosphere was good, side dishes were delicious. I will pass on these next time: Fried calamari was not very flavorful, minus the two dipping sauces. Filet mignon was too done. Ribs were definitely not for me, black, smoked ribs that tasted like campfire with some sauce on top. The tips of the charred bones were crumbling off, on to other food on the plate...so gross. The chocolate cake desert was dry and nothing special. On the other hand, glazed carrots, fries, french onion soup were my favorites! Maybe I was expecting too much from this place but I wasnât that impressed for the price I paid. I didnât want to disappoint my son by complaining, since he picked to eat here for a special night out together. Would love to try the grilled romaine salad next time!!!Hi there! We are very sorry that your meal was not up to par, to say the least. We pride ourselves on fine dining excellence, not to mention our Barbecue Night selections and the Filet are incredibly popular, and it's alarming to hear that we did not deliver our best to you on your visit. We are grateful that you are open to giving us another chance, and feel free to private message your contact information if you'd like to hear from our manager.

There are a couple other pizza and beer options in the entertainment district but Up North has the best pizza. Beer selection is very good. Usually can get a table but fills up before UND hockey. Great specials. Only downside is the noise level. It gets very hard to carry on conversation when the place is busy due to the amount of background noise. Too much concrete and glass. Need to find a way to bring this level down.

This is a breakfast/lunch place only. They close at 2:00 in the afternoon. Stopped in on a Sunday morning about 10:00 and waited about 20 min to get in. There is no waiting inside, you wait outside. This is a very small place. Once you get a seat, the service is great and food wonderful. Great menu, the rolls are monster's. Hopefully we can make it back sometime.

We waited almost an hour and a half for our food. People who came in after us got their food before us and people who came in before us were still waiting when we got our food. There didnât seem to be any rhyme or reason as to how the orders were filled by the kitchen. There was a bridal shower going on and our waitress kept apologizing for the wait but that was ridiculous. They should have called in more help if needed. My chicken Caesar wrap had way too much salt on it like someone spilled the shaker on it while being prepared and the fries tasted old. My husbandâs bacon and beer cheese pasta was ok but the extreme wait took the glow off the meal. The waitress made sure our beers were refilled immediately. No wait there.

Since 1994 we have taken great pride in providing the community with great food and service with a unique atmosphere. We are locally owned and everything is homemade! Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating, casual comfort food or scrumptious seafood dinners! Th
I thought this was going to be more of a "sports bar". Even though there are TVs inside playing sports, it isn't intrusive or annoying as they have placed the TVs just so if you REALLY want to watch (I don't) you have to look for them.My husband said there are televisions over the urinals in the men's room. That's gross, tacky and ridiculous which lost them a star. The food here is good though and the servers were friendly and attentive.Mid-range pricing.

We loved our visit to Rhombus Guys rooftop patio! The Iconic Blonde was a light tasting beer and paired well with the Chipotle Steak Supreme and Gouda-Bye Billy pizzas. The staff were absolutely fantastic! Great service! You need to eat and drink beer here! We would definitely return here!

We had a family get together the night before my brother's funeral. First time at Sickies since Whitey's closed however there is a Whitey's Underground (?) downstairs that pretty much does catering and charges for the space. We arranged to get an area which was partially enclosed and seats 22. Plenty of empty tables nearby to accommodate the 30 in our group. They have over 50 different burgers. The one I had had about 5 meats on it--to much for me so I shared the other half with another family member.Very accommodating to our large group and didn't charge extra for the space. Wide selection of beverages and food so everyone found something they liked. Also important that it is handicapped accessible from both entrances in the restaurant.Thank you! We really appreciate your generosity. It's always nice to know that we are moving in the right direction.

Truly unique and great food. There is literally something for everyone. Service was slow...almost painfully slow. We waited nearly 20 minutes after being sat before a server took our drink order, then almost 20 more minutes before we actually received our drinks. Again, the food was spectacular, and not just for Grand Forks, for anywhere.
