Best hamburger in years. Service is slow but WORTH the wait. Not many places in Drumheller for an inexpensive and good meal. We had an hour to kill before going to an attraction and we found this spot. Would go again...friendly staff.

If you are looking for genuine home cooked meals this is the place. very friendly staff. nothing pretentious about this place. Menu is basic and your sandwich or salad selections are whatever you request. "Create your own Sandwich" Pork vegetable soup is not recommended. However Sandwich was great with any condiments requested and homemade Fries are incredible. Price wise this is a Bargain.

For the price and quality of food, go somewhere else. This is nothing better than an upscale-looking diner that serves diner quality food for an upmark in price. We went after a day of touring around the area, two families of four each (four children under 12). We only had to wait a minute to get a place to sit. However, they did not provide kids menus or colouring sheets: had to ask. There are many, many choices on the menu. All of them come with "fresh vegetables". Fresh vegetables do not mean canned corn.We ordered a variety of items, and don't get me wrong: the quantity was plentiful. My order of a 7 oz sirloin included salad from a bag with a side package of salad dressing; an undercooked steak that had to be sent back, and a desert that they ended up comping for the rest of the children (who's meals did not include dessert or refills on their soft drinks), which was a small, but nice gesture. The place was busy, almost all the seats taken, yet there was only two wait staff. We had to ask many times for refills.Pay at the front when done, no bill provided. When I come back to Drumheller, I'll pack a meal.

Whifs is a cool little place very convenient to the museum in Drumheller. We were able to attend the museum in the morning and then take a quick drive to Whifs for lunch and then back to the museum to finish exploring dinosaurs. A lot of variety in the menu so that all the kids were able to find something they liked. Affordable and quick. Only complaint is that they donât sell Whifs t-shirts!! They close after lunch so plan accordingly.

We visited the Last Chance Salon at in later July. I had tried to go a few years before however it was closed for renovations. It was nice warm day. We sat on the outdoor patio. Very busy for a Friday noon time. The history is amazing with all the vintage artifices. Service and food were good. Need more washrooms though.Very popular for motor bikers and travelers. Live entertainment on select weekends. It's a must see and visit if you pass by WayneWe appreciate you taking the time to write a review...and happy you enjoyed the history, area and food. As for more bathrooms....the saloon/hotel are over 106 years old, we donât have any space to add toilets. Weâve tried port-a-potties and they go unused .
