Many made from scratch menu items. Weekend brunch buffet and summer weekend BBQ buffet. Salad bar every day.
Great sandwiches at good prices. We had the Philly Cheese and a meatball sub. Delicious beef and a choice of cheeses on a nice crusty roll was delicious, I had the Meatball Sub. The meatballs were house-made and baked, not fried. Great flavor, and three of them in the roll was a pretty hefty lunch meal. We'd go back there anytime!

My second lunch and this time I ordered the three taco special. One taco was fish and I liked it the best. Then there was a pork and a chicken. Hot tea has a good selection, not just Lipton. Clean and pleasant. I arrive for a late lunch to avoid the rush so I can relax in a booth. Very beautiful wood bar in back fully stocked. They cater and with the size of their smoker, they could easily handle a big wedding.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped through the entrance to the restaurant from our check-in area of the afternoon before. The restaurant is part of the Days Inn and provides a number of fresh breakfast selections for room renters. There were four of us. Our ladies chose offered selections, while, us men, chose the breakfast burrito. Our waitress was fantastic and kept our coffee cups full and the smiles coming. The food was served quickly and it was good. The green chili on my burrito was a perfect match. Portion size was large-neither of us finished them. Overall, I was very happy with our experience and counted it as a plus for the hotel. Yes, we will be back when our travels bring us this way again.

I have eaten at restaurants named "Stockyards" in other towns. Some of them have been located inside or next door to real life stockyard. The aroma of the real stockyards wafts through the restaurant and those with sensitive tummies can, well, frankly lose it.Not so with Delta's Stockyards restaurant. Not sure how they came up with the name, there there are no cattle nearby. The decor is western, so one might expect a cowboy or two. But definitely no cows: Just steaks, pork, chicken and one or two selections of shrimp. Stockyards is well known for breakfast, but I have never been there. I was there for dinner on Fathers Day, and I have to say: I enjoyed it loads!Service is always friendly here and my server last night was pleasant and helpful. I was debating between the tri tip and pork ribs. She advised that the tri tip was getting some pretty good reviews, so I just followed the crowd. We were not disappointed at all. They were great. But I am getting ahead of myself. The booth we chose was in the bar area, very comfortable and not a lot of noise. Server came right away, took our drink order, brought it promptly and gave us time to peruse the menu. After she took our order, she gave us time to enjoy our drinks. (I hate places that bring the entree when I am not even half way through my beer.) She advised that there would be a delay in baked potatoes, but offered helpful alternatives. The salad arrived promptly but not so prompt that we didn't have time to relax and chat. It was just a tossed garden salad, but it was fresh and crisp and very tasty. A slight pause, and our entrees arrived. As I said we were not disappointed with our choice. At just the right time (what a great waitress!) she cleared our table and offered us dessert. Now, Stockyard is known for its pies, so how could I resist dessert. Whatever it was I knew I was going to enjoy it. Dinner, drinks and ambiance for the two of us was just under $50. I've spent more for less in other places, so I figure that was a pretty good deal!I'll be back for sure.

It is a small place, the covered patio is probably bigger, on the side of the highway just south of town. We shared a breakfast it was very large and well prepared. The sausage gravy is some of the best I've had. I'll be back to try some lunch. The waitress was efficient and friendly. Definitely worth the stop.

My daughter and I had lunch at C & J Cafe. My daughter had the chicken strips meal with french fries and I had the fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, salad a vegetable and a dinner roll. The total for the check was less than $20. All of the food was delicious.

There is already a review of this restaurant but it does not use the apostroph on the starvin part. I tried it both ways but it does not come up. i know it exists because I ate there. lol
Came here because I liked the name, was blown away by the service, huge menu & delicious meal. Chose the breakfast enchiladas topped with green chili & two eggs. Was skeptical about the green chili, being from southern Az, but it was fantastic! Wish I would have taken a picture of my meal for ya but I could wait :-)
