To sum up the visit in a word, itâd be either frustrating or disappointing. The service here is non-existent, our waitress was terrible in that she promised to do her job, but never did it. She took our drink order and disappeared. I had ordered a flight of four beers and she came out with three and a quarter glasses, saying that they were changing out the kegs and would get me a full glass when they were done. Never happened. We placed our food order and it took over a half hour for a panini and a side salad to come out, and when she did bring them out, she forgot the silverware, but quickly promised to bring them out. That too, never happened. I had to flag down another waitress to get my silverware. I asked my check, she said that sheâd be right by with it. Never happened. I had to flag down yet another waitress to get it. Additionally, there were at least a dozen flies on the wall and flying around our table. Not impressed at all with this place due to the abysmal non-existent service, and the disappointing speed at which things happened.

Chef Regan is a rising star in the valley. Her dishes shine far beyond flavor and presentation. Innovative dishes combined with the freshest local ingredients have earned her a reputation of DE-LIGHTRESS.Oh! But let's not forget Regan's desserts... TEMPTR
are classic and impeccably prepared. There are more adventurous choices if you choose. We were able to enjoy the VALENTINE'S DAY menu. The first course included fresh pickled rainbow carrots, beautifully prepared bone marrow and incredible lightly smoked duck breast carpaccio with a fruit gastric. The main course included a 28 ounce corn fed prime New York Strip. Prepared perfectly medium rare, presented table side and served with sauteed spinach and garlic fingering potatoes, delicious! The dessert course was beautiful. Vanilla bean sorbet on a cherry coulis, chocolate bonbons and white chocolate covered strawberries served on a lovely raspberry sauce. I always feel so special after a visit to The Dining Room at the Windsor Hotel. The hosts are welcoming and prepare you for wonderful dining experience.Wow! Thank you so very much for taking the time to post a review! We greatly appreciate all the feedback we receive! Your review put a smile on all of our faces! We are so pleased you enjoyed our Valentine's Day menu! We are looking forward to your next dining experience with us! Thank you, again!!

We offer full service casual dining for breakfast lunch and dinner. We offer a full coffee bar & a comfortable Tap House.
We have eaten here twice this season and both times were outstanding. Prices for this are reasonable, but for this quality, they are a bargain. The portions are large and the ingredients are fresh. The green chili sauce is fantastic and worth a try on any dish it is served on. The breakfast burritos are humongous and could feed two people. I suggest their version of breakfast burrito (served all day)The tap house portion is outstanding in variety. Plenty of Colorado Craft and Independents as well as some of the most popular beers. Can and bottle selection will please just about anyone. Once you are seated the wait staff is prompt and knowledgable. Very friendly professionals, coffee never got low and beers were re-ordered quickly. They have live music on occasion which we didn't hear but will come back just to enjoy. I really enjoy The Colorado Grill and Tap House. Super place to grab any meal, close to everything in the valley and hills. Can't wait to go back.Thank you we appreciate your feed back.

This is a comfortable homey restaurant, with nice staff and nothing too exceptional on the menu. The only thing memorable about my meal was that the chicken leg of my fried chicken dinner was the smallest leg ever. The chicken was tasty and not overcooked, just small. The salad was good, the beer cold. Meh!
Look for us waving and smiling as we proudly serve Magill's World of Ice Cream to the San Luis Valley! Handcrafted flavors made with fresh local dairy, we provide hand dipped ice cream in cones and bowls from our street side location!
