located in historic old town Bluffton
We happened upon Bluffton BBQ and are glad we did. The place is classic in so many ways, including having a sign over their trash bin that reads, "What Dumb Ass Throws Away Their Plastic Basket"? Their spicy attitude is matched by their food which is high quality meat, prepared and seasoned well, and affordably priced. Thumbs up!

I tried the chicken schnitzel salad. What a nice surprise. Yummy tastes and it took me only 7 minutes to finish it because I liked it that much. Defintely worth the money!!! Atmosphere is also very different and nice!!!

Our menu changes frequently, inspired by the seasonal bounty of local produce, cultural traditions from around the world, and new culinary ideas. We grow a lot of our own produce and we select other farmers based on a mutual respect for the land, the anim
If you are in Hilton Head, Beaufort or Savannah, you would be absolutely remiss not to take a trip to Bluffton and enjoy the best meal around. Unlike so many coastal cuisine places, this restaurant uses the best local ingredients and letâs them shine in their uniqueness. I canât stand when I go to a restaurant and every entree is served with the exact same sides or when I see the same exact sauces on appetizers and entrees. Itâs so boring! Nothing at Farm is boring. The chefs do an amazing job of making each dish a new flavor bomb and nothing is reminiscent of other dishes on the menu. Some of my personal favorites are any ceviche or oyster dish that is on the menu. If you are lucky enough to be there when their absolutely succulent pork is on the menu then definitely order that! If you donât get the cornbread and one of their perfectly crispy hand pies you just donât know what you are missing. Make Bluffton and day trip and eat at Farm for lunch and dinner and I promise hardly anything on the menu will be the same!

The Bluffton Room, celebrating its third anniversary in Old Town Bluffton, continues to provide our guests with a memorable dining experience in an intimate yet relaxed atmosphere. Whether entertaining friends for an important occasion or simply meeting n
Cozy, great vibe, delicious food....fresh and prepared perfectly. We started with a grilled artichoke and pate. The artichoke was 3 halves grilled beautifully....more than enough for 2. We chose the sole (entre for 2)....delicious as always. Added the whipped potatoes and grilled broccolini as our sides....yum! A delish French Chablis added to our experience. However the MOST enjoyable part of our evening was our server, Tonja!!! I had been in the restaurant business for years and know how rare it is to find a phenomenal server. Tonja has just the right amount of everything.....attentiveness, knowledge of the menu, suggestions, timing, and so darn pleasant. Bluffton Room you have a gem in your presence! Love this place!!!

Local Pie is the 1st and only true Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizza in Bluffton. âLocalâ means that only the highest quality, regionally-sourced ingredients.
I really wanted to love the pizza. The crust was burnt. We asked the waitress and she offered to have them recook but also said it was because of wood burning stove. I have had many pizzas from wood burning stoves but not burnt. The toppings were very bland. Our waitress was very nice but obviously they were understaffed on a Saturday night. We enjoyed sitting outside in Old Town Bluffton.

Specializing in casual southern cuisine, Buffaloâs is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, conveniently located in the center of Wilson Village at Palmetto Bluff and offering picturesque views of the May River and chapel. Dedicated to southern simp
Great service and wonderful food make this a great option for guests visiting Palmetto Bluff. Ate several times while staying at the Montage and enjoyed every meal. Meatball sub and calamari were delicious. Also a great spot for breakfast or ice cream. Have never been disappointed at Buffalos.
Beautiful restaurant and pool with views of the Atlantic Ocean and Harbortown. We have indoor and outdoor seating available. Our food will appease all appetites, so come in and check us out! Pool is seasonal.
We made the trek to the Melrose Beach Club which is all the way in the back of the subdivision, overlooking the water and Hilton Head Island. We went early on the advise of others and when we arrived there was maybe 1-2 other tables occupied, but still we were asked if we had reservations and told we needed them if we were to come back another night, but they could accomodate us at that time. We decided to sit on the screened patio, which was enjoyable. The service was good, though the hostess was very new and nervous and spilled cold water all down my back and on the floor. The food was great - I had a crab cake sandwich which was crab heavy, my favorite. My husband had the 16oz steak, which was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. My son had the fish and chips and said the batter was really thick and another friend had the beach burger which was great. The jalapeno margarita was the star of the show with great flavor and a bit of heat. Overall a great experience.

Very typical waterfront bar, food was ok but what made this bar/restaurant were the views over the water - great to sit with a drink in hand watching the world go by.

Quaint local establishment under a giant angel oak tree serving Lowcountry cuisine with a Southern flair! Indoor and outdoor seating! Daufuskie islands only 5 bubble restaurant!
With small metal tables sitting under trees on the lawn and an unassuming curb appeal, you wouldnât expect an incredible seafood joint but thatâs just what Lucy Bellâs is. When you walk in to a small counter with a single guy behind it, you may think âhow can this place be the bestâ. Order the deviled crab, the shrimp dip and the grouper sandwich and you will be transported to a happy place. the shrimp tacos were also great. We frequent Hilton Head Island where there are great restaurants but nothing this simple, delicious, fresh and at a great price. We are still talking about it days later. Definitely stop by!! Thank you so much for posting this flattering review and are pleased that you tried a variety of our dishes that exude our Southern influences on cuisine! Come back soon!

Located in the former Live Oak restaurant inside the beautiful Plantation Golf Club, Fraser's Tavern offers a casual atmosphere to enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks with family and friends or your favorite foursome. The tavern-inspired menu includes a wide se
We had the meatloaf, which was very juicy. It came with crispy green beans and mashed potatoes, which were creamy with lumps and very flavorful. My old fashioned was really good too.The meatloaf entree was $20.This restaurant is on a private section of the island. They charge $8 for a day pass, but the restaurant will reimburse you for it.The staff was super friendly. The manager visited our table and welcomed us to come back as we were leaving the restaurant.
