This is a small but nice restaurant. We went here for breakfast and all enjoyed our food. My friends each had eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and toast. I had French toast and bacon. Everything was cooked perfectly and delivered quickly and was hot. Very good breakfast.
Wonderful little rustic Northwoods bar and restaurant. Food is always good and consistent. Fully-stocked bar as well. Highly recommend the poor boy sandwiches (the turkey was awesome!), and anything with their red sauce (Italian). It is wonderful! It is always a friendly and entertaining place.

Wow, what a pleasant find/experience! Not sure how we heard about this place, but sure are glad we checked it out! Got there just as the kitchen was about to close but the cook was happy to cook for us anyway. Bartender very friendly, atmosphere fun and perfect for cabin/northwoods feel, and what a view on a beautiful lake!

The service (especially our waitress Jody) was fantastic, but unfortunately the food was just mediocre. The Friday night fish fry is very good, as was the prime rib sandwich. The other food was just fine - nothing I would hurry back for. They do have a new general manager, so hopefully things will be improving shortly.

Stopped in for the Friday night fish fry. Sat out on the deck. The waitress asked if we needed a menu and we said no. 30 minutes later we finally got her attention! Told her we wanted to order the fish fry. Fish was COLD! Asked for a re-order of fish...almost left after another 30 minutes! 1.5hrs to get a fish fry???

I love my root beer floats on a hot summer day here. It actually still has car hop services, so you don't even need to leave your car. Good for a burger and fries, or other fast food on the go.

Went to Rosenthal's for a Friday night dinner. Having never been here before, the location was easy to find from local map and there was ample parking. Inside was very clean and well decorated, with a large bar and plenty of high top and low tables for seating. We sat down and were promptly greeted by a server who took our drink order. Rosenthal's offers a Friday night fish fry (broiled or fried) with choice of potato, coleslaw, and bread. For an upcharge, you can substitute soup or salad for the coleslaw. They also offer sandwiches, wraps and burgers, as well as what I call "supper club dinners" (ribs, steaks, walleye, shrimp, pasta, chicken dinners ranging from $15-$29) and also make homemade pizza. Pizza pricing ranges from $10 for cheese to $30+ for multiple topping pizza. (They do offer the option of a 10" gluten free pizza.) I enjoyed the BLT and my partner had the fish fry. Both were very good! We each had a beer @ $5.00 each. Overall, we enjoyed the service and the food, but have eaten at other places more economically priced in the area. As a sidenote, I did check Rosenthal's website and they do explain that their burgers are fresh never frozen, and their produce is fresh (not mass produced) and the cheese on their pizza comes right from Burnett Dairy.

I love this place. Have seasonal cabin just down the road. If you like a good fish fry better stop in. Nacho's come out on plate so big the regular order will feed 4 people. Good bartenders and you leave the place knowing you will be back. They have a different special everyday. Try the jumbo fried shrimp on Sunday for $1.00 each and free taco's on Sunday till gone.

Bc of the name I actually thought they'd offer fish on the menu. Nope. Just a Tilapia special. We went for a fish fry. Very disappointed. Very loud. Our friends can not eat potatoes and they had nothing to offer in its place. Very unaccomidating. Will not go back.

A great cafe with fresh bakery. It serves breakfasts and lunches.
Ate here with family on a Saturday for brunch. We were seated quickly and offered water right away. The menu here is expansive and they serve breakfast all day. There is truly something for everyone from light fare to large plates. There are also some Mexican specialties on the menu. I wasn't that hungry so I ordered a pancake--singular pancake and it came the size of the plate (as indicated on the menu). It was the biggest pancake I have ever had and ended up not being a part of the "clean plate club". Service was swift and our server was super friendly. Will definitely return again on our return to Danbury! Thank you Amelia's for a great experience!
