Madero became a restaurant chain in Brazil recently. It started in Curitiba and is now spread around the country. This shop is a full menu restaurant, thought the place is known for burgers, mainly. The decor and service are nice.The burger is interesting to describe. Great bread, awesome balance of ingredients, including great mayo, good cheese, etc. However, the patty is a bit too dry and overdone for my taste. I would say it is more of a good combination burger than a gread burger in itself.Definitely above average and worth coming back, but not the best in the world, as it claims to be.Last, a bit overpriced on the burgers.

Was a "chilly" South American night, about 48F/9C out, but braved the cold to check this place based upon the recommendations of a friend.Place was tiny, and packed by about 7pm and the entire sidewalk in front of the place and it's neighbors was packed. Around 200 people or so, just figuratively and literally chilling on the sidewalk. Rather festive vibe.Ordering was done inside and easy enough. Limited selection on tap, but they were all good choices. Had a couple beers and the burger was pretty enjoyable as well. Might have stayed longer and for another couple rounds but for the cold.Would go again, easily.

I became fan of the Madero Chain, everywhere where I had lunch or dinner, food and service were excellent, but in this specific location, that I visited twice, the place is very noisy, as it is larger than other restaurantes from the same chain, service was not as prompt as in other places, but food was excellent, and I love their steaks. Will be back

This is possibly the best burger in the world. It's recipie has been perfected with quality Brazilian meat. The fries are great as well as many other dishes.

It is quite a nice setting. I would say the burger quality is really good. The meat patty tasted like meat, not like an unknown mixture of "don't know what" lolChips were golden brown showing the quality of the frying oil :)I would recommend to have a go :)

A definite local favorite, this place attempts to reproduce an upscale US burger joint. The burgers are large and there is quite a wide variety of beef and chicken selections. The french fries are typical, but the crisp fried onion tanglers are a much better choice.

We were delighted that the staff remembered our names and brought the meat exactly the way we asked (medium-rare and medium). The guacamole was tasty and fresh and the tortillas were crispy. For the main course, we ordered a tenderloin medallion with mushrooms and asparagus. To our great disappointment, both mushrooms and asparagus were canned. Considering the price they charge, we could have never guessed they serve canned food. When we complained, the waiter said he would take our suggestion to the chef. I believe if we had ordered another dish we would have enjoyed it more, so I still recommend you check it out (just stay clear of the Steak de Lyon).

Friendly staff and the place is very cozy and well decorated. The food is average, very good and well done but nothing different than others restaurants of this type. Two things differentiate them, the milkshakes (delicious) and the staff (friendly and highly motivated).
