Dined at Flemings while in Newport in August 2015. My parents had been here a couple of times. We'd never been since we hadn't been to SoCal since 2010. Very busy dining room, packed with people. We were seated in a more private location off the main dining room. Little more quiet here. Very tender filet mignon and their famous potatoes. I wish the portion of the potatoes was larger as they're very good. My Mum started making them at home a couple years ago on special occasions. Molten lava cake was very light like a soufflé and delicious too. Service was very good, friendly and didn't hover. Very nice dining experience here. Located in fashion island parking lot.

Badlands is a neighborhood joint, that over past couple of years their quality of BBQ has gone from good to great! The burgers are great, especially when you get it with their brisket is piled on top. The portions are generous and the staff is attentive. Great local joint!

I felt like having Steak and Lobster so we decided to try this place. I made an online reservation and when we arrived we were promptly seated. We decided to have a cocktail and ordered two Lemon Drops; the drinks were good but a little pricey $11.00 each. So I ordered the Sirloin Steak and Lobster Tail and my wife had the Crab Cakes. My 8oz Steak looked more like 6oz but it was very tasty and the Lobster Tail was great. My wife said the crab cakes were some of the best sheâs had. I figured going in my dinner would be expensive but $42.00 for Steak and Lobster was a bit high. Now her Crab Cakes were $20.00 and I think well worth it. The waitress kept us with plenty of fresh bread and seemed to be around when we needed her. I guess my only complaint is my food price; overall it was a very good meal and service.

Went on a Friday night for a birthday dinner. Wait is usually about 20 minutes at this time. When the buzzer went off on the beeper walked up front and an employee took it and said we would be seated shortly. Saw 3 other families seated first, so I walked up to the check in and they apologized as they somehow skipped over us. No big deal as the person who sat us was very apologetic. Hot break to start is great. Had Filet and rib combo. Steak was very good, but the ribs are amazing fall off the bone ribs. They have good choice of sides too. Price is reasonable. Highly recommend the ribs.

Stopped in on the most rainy night in February. A small wait for a party of 3 but not long. I was lucky they didn't tell me everyone in the party needed to be there because 2 of the party got stuck on the fwy and one ended up not showing. I ordered a bottle of wine and an appetizer with all kinds of choices off the menu. All were good and I could pick at it until the other person in my party arrived. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken the most. Potato skins are OK only because they are not my favorite. My server was very attentive even though I was solo for about an hour. Once we decided to "order" the server brought us a sample of the soup of the day, split pea. Not to our liking so we went with the potato cheese. Has lots of chunks potato for sure. Soup, the perfect choice for a rainy night. A very family friendly place for diner even with a full bar.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and yummy food as always. Celebrated our anniversary indulging in the warm complimentary bread dipped in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. The butternut squash soup is the best we have tasted. Followed by the Mediterranean Vegetable Penne which includes artichokes, broccoli, garlic and mushrooms. There is live music on the patio and every employee went out of their way to congratulate us. An excellent dinner experience topped off with a vanilla bean Creme Brûlée.

My husband and I were hungry for lunch and I remembered the Hot Dog Shoppe. The hot dog was so big we shared it, the fries and the onion rings. The rings were the best we have had in years!!! And, they make their own ketchup which is outstanding! So many dogs and variety of toppings to choose from. If you don't like your hot dog it is your own fault!

We were at TAPS for their Sunday Brunch because it was highly recommended to us. We were not disappointed. TAPS offers a very nice variety of high quality brunch fair. They have a wonderful seafood selection which made me very happy. There were also elevated breakfast items as well and various fresh salads, fruit, pasta dishes, meat carving station etc. Don't forget to save room for dessert. The service was friendly and professional. I had the "bottomless Mimosas and I liked how our server never let my champagne glass go empty! There was a very relaxed, take your time kind of atmosphere which made us feel very welcome and comfortable. I would high recommend giving TAPS a try.Thank you so much for your review, we are glad you were able to brunch with us! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed everything from our delicious food, to our attentive staff and relaxing ambiance. We hope you are able to come see us again very soon, and enjoy our bottomless mimosas again and again.

This restaurant has really good food. Best fried zucchini in town! It is a little loud for business meetings but the food makes it worth it and the price is reasonable. Plus breakfast all day!

This is my favorite steak restaurant in Corona, and by the crowd here on the weekends it appears to be a very popular place. Great steaks, ribs and chicken. Wife says the salads are great too. Signature cocktails and a good supply of craft beers as well. The only complaint I have is that they took theur fiery green beans off the menu. These things were amazing. Steaks are always flavorful and tender. The staff is attentive and friendly. Be sure to ask for some garlic rolls. After too many drinks, I forgot to photograph the steaks the night we were there.
