The website describes the inspiration for the concept: the Melbourne (Australia) café scene. We have indelible impressions of the aromas, flavors, and textures of the laneways off Flinders, and cafés in Fitzroy, St.Kilda and other neighborhoods in Melbourne. So the prospect that this might be the place to repeat the experience attracted us! We ordered a flat white and a long black, but they seemed a bit pale and lukewarm. The eggs lacked the voluptuousness and fluffiness we so fondly remembered. And they also left a bland impression on the palate. The toast was not toasty. Thereâs no need to mix feta into the avocado and the salmon scramble had a few bits of salmon thrown in - less than expected for the price. The service was friendly but a little slow. Lovely outdoor seating area but the metal furniture was not very comfortable (table crossbraces awkwardly block your knees and by the time breakfast is over you want to leap from the metal chair). Would have loved it if they made it, alas Miami is not Melbourne.

Stop for dinner and we had a very disappointing experience,the restaurante was very empty,where seated outside,very slow service,finally a young waiter came to the table gave him a drink order it took 10 minutes to get the drinks to the table,ordenar dinner and waited 30 minutes we got so tired for the wait we ask the waiter to pack the food to take home,we observe the waiters where more interest in socializing than taking care of their customers, food quality very poor,the restaurante very expensive, I would not recommend this place

When I waked into Lokal, I thought it might be a young person's place, as I was the oldest by a country mile. People nearer my age soon arrived, though. I ordered the Lokal burger, medium rare, with sweet potatoe fries. And for the first time in weeks, the juicy burger WAS medium rare! And really tasty. The Key Lime pie really was a treat, and when I left I was asked by neighbours what it was like - As excellent as it looked, I replied, and now I need to go and have a lie down! With two craft IPA beers, my bill was $45, before a tip. The waitresses were pleasant and efficient, and I really like the casual ambience of the place, although the food was anything but casual -top drawer! Defitiely recommeneded if you want a great burger in Coconut Grove.

We spent the morning in the more hectic Miami Beach area and retreated to the more quiet surroundings of Coral Gables. Doc Bâs was a vibrant location on the Miracle Mile. The food was elegantly prepared and the servers were highly trained. And this key lime pie kicked off a week of pie. This was one of the bests.

The food is amazing and the service is truly great. We went on a week night so the service was very quick as well. I had the petit filet which was amazing. The shoestring fries were great! As for veggies we tried the roasted asparagus with hollandaise sauce and the creamy spinach. Both great but the spinach takes the win. We had cheesecake and crème brûlée for dessert, both amazing!

Never understand the wait here. The food is good, but nothing to write home about. Service is also very good. But menu very limited. Iâm always surprised with the crazy waits here (and that I keep going back). Simple food.

After attending a show at the Balcony Theater, it was nice to just walk across the street for an after-theater dinner. While I've visited other locations, this was my first time at this Seasons 52. Like all of the others, the menu is seasonal and healthy. We started with a delicious flatbread which was plenty to share and I then had a shrimp appetizer as my meal - I really enjoyed it! It was fresh and had a lot of nice flavors. The shot glass desserts are always a delicious way to end any meal here. Just the presentation of the desserts is worth seeing.The service was beyond friendly with the manager coming over to our table a few times to make sure we were pleased with everything. Very nice experience!

Between the inviting decor, excellent service, and that killer menu, we had a superb brunch!Small and intimate. Friendly and hospitable staff. And a winner menu. We had the eggs Benedict, salmon toast, tatar tots, and the green salad with chicken. Amazing, all!! Their IPA was tasty. Canât wait to go back!

We went to enjoy a special Anniversary dinner and was greeted with a decorated table with Champagne. Our server Isabella who was charming and knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure all of our desires were met. I ordered a filet mignon and my husband ordered a bone in filet mignon. We started with an outstanding Cesar salad and Isabella timed the arrival of our entree perfect. The kitchen got my husbandâs order wrong but she said to keep what was brought to him and they would correct the order. We were able to dine leisurely and enjoy being treated nicely. The manager came and apologized. We took home carrot cake which had a Carmel glaze that is one of the best I have ever eaten. We were sent home with the picture of the two of us which is a really nice touch. The prices are a bit expensive but for a splurge it was totally worth it.
