Food was as usual, but the cleanliness was horrible - no tables had been wiped, drink station a mess, bathroom stinky, counters dirty, floors dirty...

A must go to for lunch in Cobleskill, the ladies were very friendly and accommodating to our 3 kids and 2 dogs (we sat outside) right next to a pretty stream. The food was quick and everything was so fresh and delicious. Nice little park across the street to walk around. I think the total came in somewhere around 30 for 5 of us, for big lunches that were super tasty, canât beat it! Thanks ladies for the friendly and quick service!Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for our shop. We are glad that you enjoyed your visit. We hope to see you again soon!

I needed to stop for a quick lunch (I won't eat at McDonald), and thought I'd try Coby's. I placed my order, and was promptly served a delicious Caesar wrap, sans onion, just as I had ordered. The staff were friendly, the place was very clean, and quiet-but I assume that was because college is not in session.I will stop again if I am in the neighborhood at lunch time.

A full service restaurant and bar located at the Cobleskill Golf and Country Club in Cobleskill, NY. Come and enjoy our diverse menu or share a drink with friends after a round of golf. We're open for the 2016 season and we still have our Prime Rib and Ki
Had dinner for two a T-Bone Steak and Seafood Fradiavlo, both were excellent. We had made a reservation came in about 5:30pm and by the time we left the place was jammed. I can understand that everything we ate was excellent!

We really want to like Chieftans, but it is hard. We have been several times when we want a low key meal, but it seems to be more and more like a seedy bar. The problem this night was the atmosphere. First, the entrance and parking area needs enhancement. People smoking at the front door, spitting on the ground, cigarette butts all over and a rough parking area is not welcoming. Second, the bar next to the dining area. I am not a prude, but I really did not enjoy having a meal with my wife on a Sunday while guys at the bar watched football and used the f word as their only adjective. It got old pretty fast. With kids and older folks in the dining area you would think staff would ask for the language to be toned down, but no. My wife and I both said it will be our last try for this place. If you want a loud bar scene with loudmouths throwing the f bomb around, then Chieftans is for you. I'll spend my time and money elsewhere.

The Cobleskill Diner Family takes great pride in the Food and Customer service that we provide. A family owned restaurant since we finished construction in 1983. Serving your family for years to come!
I had lunch today here with a friend. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. We both had the senior meatloaf meal. It came with two sides. We chose the salad bar for one side and were very pleased with the selection and quality, especially the homemade croutons. The meatloaf was delicious and the portion was huge. We were very satisfied and recommend this place highly. Our only regret is we had no room for their great ice cream.

I was in charge of planning an Event for guests coming to a dinner and Paranormal Evening. The owner, Chris Guldner, worked with me to make it special. He used black tablecloths & candles. The buffet was served exactly at the time requested. It was hot, delicious & plentiful! The service was impeccable. Chris watched over every detail & supervised his staff, closely. He provided a history of the fascinating Inn, dating back to 1854. The cost of the Event was very reasonable. Guests were impressed with the authentic type ambiance. The Cellar lounge is just beautiful (built by Chris). Attendees, who came from 2 hours away were so taken with the night, they vowed to return to the Bull's Head.Thank you Johnna, Tom and guests. It was our pleasure to host your event.Warmest regards,-Chris Guldner

Our group of six stopped on a Friday for lunch. We wanted a quiet, restful atmosphere, a light meal with quality and excellence in service. The staff was very attentive. This is more of an adult place, tea and sandwich sort of place. The decor is full of antiques and we enjoyed the relaxed moment. There is a gift shop of interesting items just off the entry. Looking for a meal with Mom, or your favorite Aunt - this is the place. It is a destination place! Looking for good wine, the wine cellar out back is fun.Thank you Jack for your review and for stopping in to visit us! We are happy you enjoyed lunch in our Bistro and shopping on all 3 floors along with wine tasting in our Wine Cellar. We hope you will be back to visit us again. Thank you for leaving a review and letting everyone about your experience.

Found this little place when I queried Google maps for nearby restaurants for lunch. Had the oriental salad which was absolutely huge, packed with chicken, almonds and sesame seeds served over fresh greens in a crispy shell. Ownerâs wife sat us in a cute, wine vine covered patio. Service was excellent. I really had food envy watching what other people ordered - huge plate of fried chicken strips served with coke slaw and fries; a Stromboli that was at least 12â long; a sub sandwich that was twice that. Everyone around us was making comments about the delicious food. Wish I thought I would I ever be back in this area to eat here again.
