Things to do in Chongzhou
We went to this place feeling a bit homesick and this place did not disappoint. The food was delicious, reasonably priced, and authenticSuper cosy atmosphere Tony and his wife are lovely, very friendly and more than willing to chat about local things to do (including where the bars are at).Bonus points because there was an English menu and we are just too basic.Thank you so much, I am very glad you like our atmosphere and pizza, it is very important for us. Having Tony's pizza in Chengdu city is great because of great customers like you. Thanks!Hope all is well,Tony
Sichuan, China Food Guide: 10 Chinese food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Chongzhou
The best fine dining experience I've had since coming to Chengdu. I started with the soft shell crab salad. I've never had soft shell crab before and I've apparently been missing out big time. It was heavenly. I followed that with the cod with cilantro sauce entree. Again, expertly prepared and exquisite to eat. My fellow diners were wine enthusiasts and they were happy with the wine list and whatever they chose, it was great. The weird thing is, as wonderful as this restaurant is, it was completely empty. In fact, if I didn't want to be sure they stay open, I wouldn't of written this review because I'm kind of selfish and this could be the best kept secret in Chengdu. Loved it!
The Hooter Cheerleaders were in very attractive Hawaiian theme beachwear. The staff was very friendly and provided prompt service. The store was very clean and lighting was just right. They were playing a lot of Beach Boys and similar music which was very nice to hear. The wings were okay but not the same quality as the US version. The deep fried pickles and carrots / celery mix were very good and better than the US servings. The mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce was very good. The beer selection was good and the Big Daddy sized beer was served in a very large thick walled glass mug that kept it cold. The only negative that is typical in China is the lack of follow-up after the meal is served and having to flag down the server for a second Big Daddy. Otherwise it was a great experience and would recommend it for other Americans to enjoy Hooters China style. The wow part was the dancing cheerleaders nailed the Hawaiian theme which was a bonus since I am heading there on my way home this week.

Mike's Pizza Kitchen is a Sit Down Restaurant serving American Style Pizza, Pasta, Sandwiches, Salads and Snacks. Wine, Beer and Full Bar also available.
Service: 3/5Environment: 4/5Food: 4,5/5Ok, let me break it down. We made a reservation, we arrived about an hour later and got our table. Everything was fine for us, but as soon as the company of six showed up next to us they had to squeeze in on two tables. I assume they were planning on giving them our table as well. About 40 minutes in and an appetizer down we were asked to change table "for some more privacy", rather than being blunt and telling us that the other company would like to have their third table. We were happy to oblige - just be honest.I was feeling hungry and had the Carbonara as an appetizer - Yes it's definitely an appetizer or a kid's menu. But they told me that it would be small, to be fair. I was a bit surprised as I had to pay extra for the parmesan, and they could have added an extra egg yolk to the mix (3/5 - good for being in Asia). I also had the, what I'd call a "meatlover", can't remember the proper name right now. But it was with extra thin crust and it was delicious (5/5). My girlfriend also had a "papa bear" which I highly recommend! (5/5) I give Mike's Pizza a 4 due to the fact that their services could have been a little bit better. It wasn't too busy at the time, for a restaurant. The pizza was delicious, and the carbonara was decent! The overall feeling was pleasant. I'd still come back for the pizza!

An American specialty coffee house with an emphasis on a made fresh daily bakery items and handmade drinks. Expect espresso drinks and hand poured coffees. Fresh cupcakes, rice krispy treats, cookies and other bakery items. Hot and iced teas. Handmade sod
This coffee is really good and strong, with options for oat, almond and coconut milk. They've also got a variety of home made snacks like the pictured rice crispy slab. Cheaper and better than a certain Seattle coffee chain with a mermaid logo.
