Been wanting to try this bar/grill for quite awhile but place has always been busy. Now i see why. We had burgers and corned beef and both were very good. Excellant service and place was very clean. We noticed the acoustic panels on the ceiling which really helped to keep the noise level down. Definitely will stop again.

I just had the best steak I've had in the Eau Claire/Chippewa Falls area. My filet was tender, flavorful and cooked to a perfect mid-rare as was my son's ribeye and the Bearnaise sauce and pepper crusting "enhancements" were done just right. The parmesan seasoned roasted Brussels sprouts were enjoyable and the truffled fries were crisp with a delicious soft center and just the right hint of truffle. We ended with large, excellent desserts of chocolate cake and raspberry tiramisu (very shareable in size) were an excellent ending to a wonderful meal. Our server, Mandy, was attentive and pleasant. I discussed the menu with her and her manager at some length and was impressed by their willingness to accommodate particular tastes by, for example, limiting the blue cheese in the risotto or even substituting another cheese. I will be back to try it!Finally, the decor was impressive, with dark timbers and stone done in a modern, warm, intimate way.We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your experience! We strive to provide the best food and service to our guests and excited you enjoyed your dinner with us at the Wissota Chophouse. The feedback is appreciated and we look forward to serving you again!

Family met at the half way point, went to a restaurant for their steak special, restaurant was closed for private event...not well advertised! Had to find a second option for our gathering. Thank you trip advisor! What a hidden gem! Classic supper club experience from the relish tray to the after dinner drinks. If you are remotely close to this establishment stop by! The service and food were spectacular. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff with a menu full of options! Can't wait to go back.

Stopped for dinner on a Sunday night. We both opted for the wings with fries. The wings are huge! Not the best wings taste-wise that I've ever had, but they are gigantic. A lot of wings for the money. While service was alright, it was slow that night and the bartender was much more interested in hanging out with her group of friends who were the only other customers in the bar than anything else. Based on other reviews, I would give it another try at a different time.

We went as a large group of family members early Sunday morning. Everyone ordered off the menu. The salad bar had many fresh items. It seemed all 16 of us ordered something different. It didn't matter to our wait staff as they were so accommodating. Very tempting to be eating on the deck outside by the water however the thunderstorm sort of dictated our inside seating instead. The fish sandwich platters were nice size servings.

Our friends like this restaurant so they took us here. That was a good choice as they had prime rib on the menu both in an open face sandwich form and a full dinner. I chose the full dinner but my wife did the sandwich. With the exception of getting a salad and baked potato instead of the fries only with the sandwich both prime rib meals were the same. Service was very good.

Very nice neighborhood bar, close to the Leinenkugel brewery, which of course is what I drank, an Octoberfest. Had cheese curds which were about average, but the burger was excellent. Really nice chargrilled flavor. Had the Swiss and mushroom. Cozy, small atmosphere and a true neighborhood bar. Nothing fancy, just the way I like it.

A Northwoods Log Cabin with a Caribbean style tiki bar overlooking the beautiful Chippewa River. 3 sand volleyball courts (in heated air dome in the winter), fire pit, bag toss. Large banquet seating for up to 400. River rentals for tubing, canoeing, and
Visited here once before with wife and daughter about 8 years ago. Very consistent. Sorry server 471, I forgot your name but you were pleasant and excellent. The Friday Fish Fry was very fried, a bit too much but that didn't impact the review at all. Ordering the cheese curds and never getting them was another bump in the road. This says how much we enjoyed ourselves anyway. Will be back..............stuff happens.

Lucyâs has always been a great place to dine with friends and family. It is enjoyable to sit at quaint little tables in the Foreign Five store where conversation can be heard well between the person(s) dining together. The restaurant is usually quite busy and service is good. Every time I dine here I order the Greek Salad with chicken which is normally delicious. The chicken was always chicken that was cubed, plentiful and tasty which it should be because it costs over $2 to add to the salad. Today, however, the salad had canned chicken on it and not a big amount. The salad also had regular black olives instead of kalamata olives today. There were a few kalamata olives tossed in but normally it is all kalamata olives which are one of my favorites. Maybe they ran out of cubed chicken and kalamata olives? I was in a larger party of diners today and many of them ordered the special of half a tuna salad wrap with soup on the side for $6.50. The wraps had 1 to 2 T. Of salad and that was it. Quite a disappointment for them and thinking back we should have inquired as to why such a small quantity. This was a first time dining experience at Lucyâs for some of them and maybe their last, unfortunately. . .Because we were a larger party, our meal took over 15 minutes to receive. Something to keep in mind if you are going out in Chippewa for lunch and donât have a long lunch break. I am hopeful my experience with the chicken and olives on the salad was just a one time thing. I am sure I will eat here again and hopeful things will be back to how they were the time before this time. One of the members of our party had the reuben and another the hot beef which were very plentiful and delicious.

Four of us went out for a dinner while visiting the area. All of us got our order as expected. Service was quick and friendly. Food was hot, portions were generous and food quality was very good. Four of us ate for $55, tip included.
