It's a typical chain Arby's, but the service is very good. I was in at lunchtime and they were busy inside and with the drive through traffic. They run an efficient operation and had everybody's food out quickly. Even after your order is ready to go they stop and double check to make sure you have everything you need. Oh yeah, and I love the chocolate turnovers...yummmm!

The food is normal Perkins food. But what happened to our waiter or waitress or anyone. Even when we asked for something we didn't get it. They were talking to each other or out for a cigarette and totally ignored us. They took our order, brought the food, and that was it. They might have brought a bill or I went to the reception desk to get it.

A lot of grocery stores have deli sections, but very few do comfort food like this one! I was in last Friday and the lunch special was Swedish meatballs over mashed potatoes. It came with your choice of side and a dinner roll. Everything tasted homemade including the mashed potatoes. The portion sizes were generous, and I walked away with more lunch than I could eat for $6.50. In addition to the daily special and usual deli offerings, they have a full salad bar and soups du jour. They have a regular bakery in the same space. There is also an actual seating area for you to eat in if you don't want to schlep it back to the office or home. They publish their lunch special calendar a month in advance which can be found on their website, or you can sign up to have it faxed to your office. As for the atmosphere, well, it's in a grocery store...so that is pretty much the decor and ambiance...

When we first arrived, we were given menus and the drink order was taken quickly. Drinks turned around quickly and we placed our order immediately. Food came out fast (and hot) and it was wonderful. But, I had informed the server that we would need to place a to-go order. We had finished our food and our drinks and it was a good 5-10 minutes before she stopped by. We placed our to-go with her and order another beverage. It took 10 minutes to get the beverage and then the to-go order came out shortly after that. It was another 10-15 minutes before she stopped by (I think she saw the look on my face) and brought a bag for our to-go order. I asked for the check which was brought promptly, but I wanted to review it, so she stepped away and it was another 4-5 minutes before she stopped by to collect payment and return for signature. Everything was great until the service slipped drastically. When we arrived, it was not too busy. By the time we left, the place had more customers but we were completely ignored once our food arrived. I think they could have used more wait staff, but a great experience in the beginning turned into a disappointment in the end.

We have been here for Happy Hour and had great experiences. We tried it for lunch today, our waitress was attentive and took our order and then we waited for over a half an hour for our food and she never checked on us to let us know why our food wasn't coming. The food was very average.

We were at the conference center for 3 busy days. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were uniformly excellent. The soups changed regularly, there were salad and healthy options, great deserts and even a chef making something special at each meal. Deserts were varied and delicious. If you are stuck on site all day - you could certainly eat worse at other places !

Was able to enjoy a nice meal with friends in a quiet atmosphere. The service was good and answered questions that the party had. Food portions were sizable and leftovers brought home. The whole table were not served together some lag time but it was a bigger party. Food was good and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Like the option of tater tots. The seasoned pot at hops were great.

I visited this restaurant when I was in town to visit my son and his girlfriend. This is their go to place as they live right across the street. The service was excellent and friendly. Wide selection of burger/sandwich options and all sorts of yummy malt/shake combinations. We were not disappointed. I had a bacon cheeseburger with a malt. Malts come in half and full sizes. And try those sweet potato fries!

My family had lunch at the CrookedPint today. The service was friendly and prompt. I ordered the strawberry almond salad and added salmon. The protein portion was quite sufficient and nicely cooked. The greens were fresh and tasty and the dressing complimented the salad. However I found only 4 slices of strawberry in my salad -probably the equivalent of 1 strawberry- disappointing!Thank you, Darla, for the review! We’re happy to hear you had good service and enjoyed the food, however, we’re sorry to hear about the strawberries. We'd be happy to bring out extras on request. :) Please contact us at bit.ly/crookedpintreviews so we can follow-up with you. Thanks!
