This intimate dining and coffee place has great pancakes with fresh blueberries. The owner was very personable and friendly staff. They had free WiFi as I waited for my breakfast. Bright and cheery. Well done.

Primarily a beer garden with some small food options. They have a nice outdoor seating area, with another section outdoors, but covered. Lots of interesting beers available. Friendly place.

We have lived in the CR area for two decades for years now, Pegasus has been one of the few places we return to for a great breakfast or lunch. Huge selection of lunch and breakfast items offered for lunch and great green chili! My wife always orders a breakfast item for lunch.Very consistent quality and decent value. You cannot go wrong here. Nice outdoor area for the warmer months.

Overall B&Bâs offer a good breakfast. This is a busy breakfast destination. They do a good job getting you seated and served. I would say the breakfast is good. Not 5 stars but enjoyable. I find during busy time they struggle to keep the tables cleaned up. The breakfast potatoes are ok. They are cut up like French fryâs with some seasoning. A little different, not very crispy if you are looking for those.

Stopped off here for a late lunch after some shopping at the Outlet about 1 pm on a Friday afternoon.Hostess was having a 'bad day' and extremely rude - threw the menus down on our table.Restaurant was only about half full, but it still took over 10 minutes for someone to come take our order.Only had 1 cider available (menu showed several) and where out of several beers too.Food was very good.Bathrooms very dirty and nasty - in desperate need of a good cleaning. No offer of a second beverage or dessert - just gave us our bill and left the table.Could have been a much different experience had the service been better.

It might sound far-fetched, but believe it - our patients, their families and the community enjoy some of the tastiest food in town at the Manna Restaurant. Unlike most hospitals, Castle Rock Adventist doesn't contract with a giant food-service purveyor t
A delightful dining surprise! The chef varies the menu with items that are unusual and tasty at a reasonable price. We recently tried the salmon on a beautifully displayed plate with marshmallow cream and fresh veggies. Who wouldâve ever believed a hospital could have such food!

This is a higher quality restaurant with a variety of Italian food options. Food presentation was very good. Unfortunately they forgot to serve our bread and the server never came by to check on us until the dinner was served. They did bring out bread upon request then. Still, I would definitely return to this restaurant. Prices might be a little high for the local crowd. Restaurant also had a beautiful patio, unfortunately it was a little too cold still to sit outside.

Everything we've had is delicious! We routinely take guests here when they're in town. It has a rustic feel and the service is always friendly. The fried chicken is traditional homemade fried goodness, but don't miss out on all the fish options (salmon and trout are amazing!). I highly recommend the 'cowgirl' for those looking for a unique and yummy cocktail. So much is good about this place!!

Union Bistro is well known in the Castle Rock area for having excellent food and a fantastic Happy Hour including very good and fairly priced appetizers and drinks. My favorite is the fish tacos with a local Colorado craft brew - fresh and tasty. The only thing holding me back from the 5 star review is that the dinning room area lacks design appeal - it's dated and dark. Also, during peak times the host staff can be a somewhat curt / not welcoming. That said, the patio during the summer Happy Hour season is the place to be in Castle Rock.

Castle Rock restaurant featuring award winning burgers, sandwiches, and shakes with a full bar.
Our party of four adults and two children (8 & 12) enjoyed lunch here on a busy Monday. The staff promptly seated us and our server Ellie was most attentive to all our needs. The were many burgers from which to choose from their menu. Burgers and fries were excellent and the shakes were also. Service was great throughout our stay.
