Back Forty serves the best brisket in three counties. When you just donât want to fire up the smoker it is the go-to place in Shingle Springs.
Subways - Their sandwiches are great. Their prices are reasonable. But this location is roomier than most and the owner is genuinely friendly. He is particular nice to veterans and is involved in the community. When he is there, he never fails to visit our table to share a smile and a nice word or two. His workers make the sandwiches efficiently, which is a good thing because the place is always busy. It's the smiles and the desire to please that keeps us coming back.

Welcome to the award winning Back Bistro in Folsom! We are Folsom's Premier Wine Bar and Bistro! We have moved to Folsom's Palladio right next to the theater. Serving 30 inspiring wines by the glass, a full craft cocktail bar, microbrew beers and a season
First time here, upon walking in the door there is a bar (which was packed and extremely noisy). We had a reservation so thankfully we were seated immediately. Once in the dining area, it was still noisy and difficult to have a conversation because the acoustics weren't very good. Service and food were great though. I ordered the Grilled Swordfish, it was amazing! I passed on the coconut lime rice that is served with it and got steamed green beans instead. The swordfish had mango salsa and a sweet Fresno chili buerre blanc sauce. I ate ever single bite...so delicious! My husband ordered the Mishima Ranch Wagyu Skirt Steak and he was pleased with his meal too (I thought mine was better though!) ha I would have given Back Bistro a 5 Star rating but the noise level killed it for us so that's why I gave them 4 stars. We will go again but next time, we'll dine on the outdoor patio.

Applebee's in Cameron Park is just amazing! I have eaten there several times and I'm truly never disappointed. My favorite dishes are the steak, potatoes and vegies. It's always hot, tastes nummy, and enough to fill me up. The service has always been terrific and I've taken friends there who also enjoy it.

Came here with family for lunch. Maybe our expectations from reviews were set too high, but really not impressed. The group had a mix of salads and sandwiches and while tasty, really nothing stood out considering the pricing and hassle of the cafeteria ordering gymnastics. From ordering the food to getting drinks and paying, the staff was really unimpressive. I'm sorry if I asked you to do something for me as a customer.During the traditional lunch hour time, they ran out of icead tea and apparently nobody in the entire restaurant knew how to refill the dispenser. After repeated requests, and no management to be found, we gave up and just had water. Overrated
For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
I have had worse food and service... although cannot remember when. Never have I had a restaurant (or other type of business) handle a complaint a poorly as "Ken" who identified himself as the General Manager. The scrambled eggs they served me were horrible... tasted like warm uncooked pancake batter. I had my companions taste them and they agreed. This is where it gets even worse. I asked to speak with the manager and he had a very bad attitude. When I asked him to write his name down for me he wrote "Ken" on the back of the bill. I asked him to also write his last name and he refused, said he was the General Manager, SLAMMED the bill onto the table, and stomped off. During this entire exchange I was persistent but very civil and his attitude and actions were quite a surprise.Needless to say I will not be back.

Sizzler is home to U.S.D.A Choice hand-cut steaks, seafood, including fresh, sustainable Salmon, all complimented by our Unlimited Craft Salad Bar.
Ordered off the Senior menu this time. With the addition of the salad bar, you can pretty much box up your meat and potato for some and totally fill up on the salad bar. With 4-5 soups to get you started, the salad bar, then dessert bar....you are good to go!That sounds like an amazing meal, Nora. We appreciate you taking the time to write this review. We hope to see you again soon, so we can provide you with a 5-star dining experience next time. - Your Local Park Sizzler Team

Wally's Pizza Bar was voted best pizza in Eldorado county in 2018 in Style magazine! We have a huge dining room for your family and friends. At the same time half of our restaurant has the areas #1 voted sports bar. We have 24 taps featuring hard to find
The pizza at Wallyâs great, Iâm not normally a fan of normal crust pizza but the dough they make and the topping choices are premium. The spinach-artichoke dip is worth the try just for the pita bread chip, which is soft and melts in your mouth. The only thing I would have to say is keeping me from a 5/5 rating is the service. Sometimes itâs okay, other times itâs awful. Never is it the best. In fact, I would give them 3/5 if it werenât for the fact that their food is so damn good. Like, if their food was plain delicious and nothing else, they would be a 2 or 3 for me, but their kitchen deserves better than that. Often when I order to go, I need to review my food before leaving as things are forgotten, like how their menu says that the wings come with gorgonzola cheese dip. They usually forget the dip. If you are ever alone and dine in, look out as their servers will forget you are sitting there at all. Especially once youâve paid so wait to pay until the very last minute, except the problem with that is they sometimes take way too long to return your check. Additionally, their servers sometimes forget youâve requested something and may have to remind them a few times. If you see them at all. So I donât recommend sitting outside if you are the only table out there. Overall, the food at Wallyâs is some of the best around. And because of this I normally just take my food to go because I am sick of their servers constant inability to remember how to provide adequate service.First off I love the fact that you created a profile name of iLoveWallyWings! Secondly we are honored on all the complements in the food department. We definitely pride ourselves in our food & service. Which brings me to our service you recently experienced. I truly apologize we have not met your realistic expectations in the service department. Everyone of your critiques are all things we should deliver on each and every time you come in. We just hired a new Front of house manager. Jason comes from a fantastic restaurant background of upper management at BJ's & Chili's, and we have very high expectations with him leafing our team. I hope we give you all the reasons in the world to update your review moving forward with a 5 star review for our service & food! Thanks again iLoveWallyWings!
