stopped by for breakfast recently. Breakfast's are good at Ton's, but everything else is good too. We like the home atmosphere. Thanks for the comment and rating. What can we do to make you feel 5 star happy and better serve you?

We first came here years ago on a food tour and loved it. We had to stop in again while we were back in the area. We stocked up on some of their regional cooking ingredients and spices that are hard to find back home. The employees were all very kind and helpful. We had nice chats with two of them. They got us some sturdy boxes to assure our treasures would travel home without breakage. The wine and spirits selection is quite large and impressive for a store of this size. Next time Iâm in town Iâll be back. Until then Iâll have them ship what I need.

I visited the Waffe House for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and the food was tasty and good.Don't get me wrong, it ain't high class cuisine - but it is far better than many of the established restaurants nearby.

The crawfish omelet is excellent! The omelet was hugh and packed with crawfish. Definitely the best item on the menu. The smothered rabbit was also excellent. Can't get food like that up north. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Only reason no 5 star rating was because most of the sides were just so so.

Very simple review! I would occasionally go eat breakfast there.Don't know what happened to the place.First few times were OK.Next few times there.........Found bug on bottom of pancakes.Found another bug.3rd time is the charm...Found pubic hair in my food upon my second biteI complained and it just happened to be the same waitress and she was beside herself as well. The manager came to our table and said, he would "discount my meal".. I told him I wasn't paying for anything. He actually called the cops and believe it or not, they made me pay half the bill.NEVER BEEN BACK

We both got the shrimp etouffee Poboy. It was good, but extremely messy. Although it was good, I don't believe we will get this again. Service always great.

This is some very good food and a low key location. I had been hearing about this place for months and wasn't quit sure where it was but I was actually passing by it daily. When I finally realize what it was and had a taste of the food I was hooked. I been eating there every since...

Best fried catfish Iâve ever had... hands down. Fried shrimp is great too. Steak is decent too. Great place to come if you want local Cajun seafood. Food also normally comes out very quickly.

Enjoyed our dinner here. We got the Seafood Platter and Catfish Platter with grilled instead of fried items. The Shrimp BLT was a little disappointing because there was not much avocado. Our waitress was nice but they seemed short handed on wait staff.

Love the decor and the setup of this restaurant. Great service from the time you enter to the time you leave. Food is spectacular. Great flavor and properly proportioned. My only complaint was that it was noisy. Everyone seemed to be talking so loud as to talk over the table next to them which made the place loud.Thank you for your review! Yes, it can get noisy when we are slammed, such as when we have a pre-concert crowd. It is not typically that loud. Thanks again for your wonderful review of our food, service and decor!Steve S.
