A group of six cousins met here for lunch and we all enjoyed it. We were seated in an area by ourselves so we were not rushed and were able to just sit and talk. The food was good, as was the service.

Love their blueberry pancakes and strong coffee. I simply crave it at least once a month. Our favorite breakfast place in Havertown.
The burgers are fresh, juicy and delicious! The fries are the best I've had yet. If you have ever been to Ocean City, MD the fries are very similar to Thrashers. As a comparison, the burgers are better than Freddy's. The only problem I have is the hours of operation. When we were there last, we just made it before the 10:00 closing. While we were sitting in the parking lot eating, we noticed a number of people that walked up to the door, only to realize that they were closed. They definitely need to be open later, until at least midnight, especially on the weekends. After 10:00, your only choices are Freddy's and Wendy's, neither of which are as good.

The food is always fresh and tasty. I favor the chicken wraps because they grill fresh chicken breasts for them. Their soups and panini's are great too! It's a husband and wife that own the place and they are very friendly too.

I ordered the Southern Belle rize crust pizza (fried chicken, bacon, rosemary, roasted peppers, maple syrup, mozzarella cheese) and firehouse fries (lemon pepper, cheese, hot sauce, and ranch). Both were absolutely delicious, I loved the rize crust. I was totally impressed with both the food and service. Definitely my new go to pizza place! Don't forget if you're getting rize crust you need to call 2-3 hours ahead of time!

Good selection on the menu...nice atmosphere...my rib steak special ,16 oz. for $22,was good...it was a Tuesday night special....good seafood selections as well...Tuesday has unlimited snow crab for $32...my only complaint is they only seat for dinner until 8:30 PM.

Had a very nice lunch- tacos and beers - with a business associate. Service very good and staff friendly and accommodating. Tacos were crispy chicken- three on a board. I would order again! Lunch event was spoiled by an overzealous Havertown parking nazi who wrote me a ticket in an unmarked, no meter spot. Thanks Havertown..

Thunderbird is family owned and operated since 1956. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a friendly environment with a hometown feel. Winner of "Best of 2019 - Best Cheese Steak"
Great service and friendly people. I was looking forward to a roast pork Italian as it is one of my favorite sandwiches. I ordered takeout; the pork was ok, not as tender as what Iâm used to. The broccoli rabe was undercooked and under seasoned as well with not enough cheese and they forgot the long hots. Would definitely go back though, I would love to try the cheesesteak as the cheesesteak I ordered from a different place was terrible. I donât know what it is, but I have never had a good cheesesteak in Philly. Iâve had better in many other cities across the country, so I would love to come back here to try 2018âs Best Steak in Philly.

This is a real Italian deli experience. They make many items themselves and source fantastic quality for the ones they bring in. Everything is delicious, the bread, the meats, the cheeses, and the vegetables. I look for excuses to visit. (They are right next to where I get my hair cut. Yay for me!)

TOP NOTCH! Literally hands down one of the best breakfasts my wife and I have had in recent memory. While in town for a wedding I read the reviews so we stopped in. The waitress was outstanding, she started us off with some Jewish Apple Bread which was great and then to top it off brought us out a free slice of Apple Walnut pie before leaving which was unreal - it was filled with an apple cream cheese which was to die for. For breakfast I had a egg wrap with potato pancakes that were maybe the best I've ever had. My wife had the panini and raved about it - it came with a side of real freshly cut fruit, not frozen! If we are ever back in town we will 100% be back, if you live close i'd highly suggest finding this place ASAP if it isn't already your go to destination.
