We visited Frankie & Benny's yesterday. It was my wifes Birthday so decided to pop in for a spot of lunch. I must say the whole experience from start to finish was great. We visited with our 5 month old daughter and was given a seat with plenty of room to move and for a pushchair.The place was very clean and tidy and all of the staff were great. Our server Luke was amazing with us and our baby daughter and kept her entertained in between serving others.He couldn't do enough for us and he is by far one of the best servers I have come across in s long time. He is a credit to himself and to the company.The food was great and plentiful and the service was amazing.We will definitely be back and thank you for a great dinner. time.

Visited this evening and despite being understaffed and rushed off their feet, everyone working was so polite and could not have been more helpful. Our waitress Sue was wonderful, apologetic about circumstances out of her own control and couldn't do enough for us. The food was brilliant and my nan is already desperate to come back!

Found this place on just eat and so glad I did.Food was great, Chicken was well seasoned, chips were done properly and the steak, mushroom and cheese chibatta was dank. Also reasonably priced, will definitely use this place again

Iâve been wanting to visit this restaurant in ages, weâve tried to book on serval occasions. Saturday 19th October they had a table at 4.30pm, we donât normally eat until 6.30pm but was the only suitable time available for us to take our 10 month old granddaughter. Excitedly we arrived to a warm welcome and shown to our table, we thought great plenty of space. However, within moments we realised we had been given a table next to Gypsies who were, loud, brash and there kids were throwing ice cream everywhere and causing chaos. But that wasnât why it was so terrible......!The waiter was keen to recommend the sharing platter £42.50 being a first visit we thought letâs go for his recommendation it must be good! We waited at least 20 mins, trying to ignore the chaos opposite. Eventually the food arrived, it looked impressive, we couldnât wait to tuck in, however, even though the meat was sat in iron skillets, the food was luke warm, the BBQ sauce was congealed on top of the ribs. Very disappointing so we called over a waiter and complained, if your going to recommend a dish make sure its tasty and fabulous. I donât understand how it couldnât have been hot? We just wanted to leave, we were offered sandwiches, we paid for our drinks, our granddaughterâs sweet potato and gravy and left.
