This place is consistently outstanding. Other locations of Jacks has been hit and miss for me, but this one is always spotless, great service and amazing food. I hope head office sees how this location performs and praises them accordingly. The bruschetta was outstanding as an app, chicken fingers with hot crispy fries, gravy YUM. And the new two foot nacho platter was so good and beautiful and flavorful. Highly recommend anyone wanting jacks to visit this location.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Red Lobster yesterday. We were seated promptly and greeted warmly. Atmosphere is very nice and the entire restaurant is clean and welcoming. We had the endless shrimp entree and when they mean endless they truly mean endless. Our server Franco was very attentive and very pleasant. No sooner were we done one shrimp dish he was bringing the next. He refilled our drinks without even asking. It's been a while since we had such an efficient and pleasant server like Franco. All dishes were done beautifully. Their menu is very extensive and basically this is the place to go for seafood. Looking forward to coming back again and enjoying a great meal.Wonderful. We're already looking forward to your next visit at our Brampton Red Lobster soon!

Have eaten here several times over the last couple of months. Never been disappointed. Large portions of standard fair. Service bang on. Had a three course Turkey Dinner special for very reasonable price, Began with a large salad fresh and crisp. Then came a lage plate of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy stuffing and mixed veg. Desert was pumpkin pie but no room left. Had to take it home. If your looking for good food not overpriced, this is the place. Very family friendly.

The Works is a full service, licensed, casual dining restaurant chain with outdoors work themes. The restaurantâs main menu feature is burgers.
After a busy morning of shopping and a haircut our grandson chose the spot for lunch. Off to The Works downtown Brampton we went. A Burger Bistro that did not disappoint. Our server was the most energetic and keen person we have come across in a long time! She was amazing. It would be unfair to compare this place to other burger spots as this is many cuts above the regular fast food chains, and yes you pay a bit more. You get what you pay for and this was all excellent. A new appetizer called wrecking balls was delicious. Thank goodness we were sharing this as it is packed full of flavour and calories. Wonderful potato cheese puffs wrapped in crispy bacon served on top of tasty (potato?) sticks, all to dip into a garlic aioli. Yum! Very creative burger toppings included B.A.B., Son of a Beach, and Greek Goddess. They were all fresh, flavourful and generous in portions. A veggie burger was one of the better veggie burgers ever tasted. The grilled chicken was equally satisfying with the Greek Goddess toppings. Multi grain buns were fresh. The beef burger was cooked perfectly and went well with poutines as a side. We also enjoyed steamed broccoli as a side and used the rest of the aioli from the wrecking balls. Thus we were able to both indulge the desire for burger comfort food and healthy choices. Lots to choose from on their burger menu.

A Brampton landmark since 1979. Famous for good food (Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Hand crafted burgers, fresh fish, great wings and other appetizers), and neighbourhood style service. Mature bar crowd on weekends enjoys the best live music in the GTA.
We had a birthday party of 12 people, and I was the only one not served. very disappointing for me, I was looking forward to this night and have never been here before. By the time our "server" noticed me (only because someone else in the group had pointed out to her that I existed) I had lost interest in ordering,.told her so very sharply, and left to go get something to eat. Good thing it wasn't my birthday party. Maybe I don't fit the mold of a Jake's customer.

Found this restaurant on Yelp when I googled "tomahawk steak". Called them up to inquire and was transfered to chef John. He was very pleasant and explained to me there are 3 sizes and I would have to pre-order - an $80, $100 and $120 tomahawk. I told him once I finalize the date, I would call him to order the size and make the reservation. A week later I called asking for him and no one knew when he'd be in. I called again at least 6 more times and got the same response - do they not know their own chefs schedule? Instead I finally spoke to Petra a few times (once she said she'd call me back and never did) who now tells me the $120 large steak is not the big one. We went back and forth and I requested to speak to chef John each time I called to go over what he had initially told me. Finally after 3 calls in one day after I had already made the reservation with Petra, I got a hold of chef John. He told me the $120 is a large 3 lb tomahawk and that I will be very pleased. We finally showed up for our Friday 7:30 reservation and were seated with only 5-6 tables in the restaurant - not busy. The restaurant was nothing special - located in a strip plaza and looked more like a roadhouse diner. Either way I was excited to have my favorite tomahawk steak for my birthday. We ordered 2 appetizers, 2 entrees as well as the steak - of which I was never asked how I'd like it cooked. After the appetizers, the waitress was no where to be found to clear the plates, refill our drinks or to even take our order for the 2 entrees. We had to get 2 different bus boys (or waiters, not sure, they were walking in and out of the kitchen a lot more than our waitress was) to clear the table, refill our drinks, and get our waitress so we can order the entrees. She finally shows up and we order the entrees - easily 40 mins from the time we were seated and 20 mins after we had finished the appetizers. Within 10 mins, my tomahawk steak came out - well done where I normally get medium rare. Get this... it was missing the large bone that makes it a tomahawk! Disappointed, I asked the waitress where the bone was and she told me it was cut off to cook it easier and that she too was surprised it came out without it. I told her all their other customers had gotten it with the bone as I had seen in their photos on Yelp that many of their other customers had received! Then Petra finally shows up and tells me that that's the way it came in when they ordered it (meanwhile chef John told me he hand picks it from their butcher AND a different story than what the waitress had just told me), and that they had probably ran out of the tomahawk and that they don't sell it with the bone any more. Which was it?? I tell her you can't "run out" of a tomahawk and when they "send you" a steak without the bone, it's not a tomahawk. She again tries to tell me a tomahawk is a special cut and they must have ran out. (1) why wouldn't anyone tell me this since I called many times after it was apparently ordered/picked up - even having called the day before and day of the reservation? (2) Petra clearly thought I was an idiot not knowing what a tomahawk was OR she clearly doesn't know her steaks. I've had over 20 tomahawks and know that it's a on-the bone rib steak, cut from the fore-rib with the entire long rib bone left on! So not only was I disappointed, but I was fooled and lied to. This was one of if not the worst experience I had at a restaurant and I'm also in the industry and know how customers should be treated. Chef John didn't even come out once to apologize or explain. Not only did RD's ruin my birthday, but they did so after spending $180 without drinks for me and my two young children. Even they saw my disappointment and felt bad. Stay away from this place.
